It is the document that matters. Regardless what the founders may or may not have wished, they wrote a document that could be used to correct all errors.
As a Christian how can you accept the abolition of the law of God for the laws of man that are ever changing? Rendering unto Caesar doesn’t mean praising those pagan laws of man.

What is the “law of God”?
The English first came to America as Christians seeking religious freedom. And we have already discussed that Jesus came to fulfill the Law. That is settled.
Matt 22:36, "Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets."
The Constitution recognizes God and is a document where neighbor can respect neighbor in all aspects of the government.
Romans 13:1, "Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation."

America is one of the most unpopular nations in the world, people move to the empire for economic opportunity not because they like the culture or laws.
In before if its so bad why does the world come here? Because US imperialism has destroyed the world and forced people to leave their homelands through a century of puppet rulers and economic destruction.
America isn’t uniquely bad, its just the symbol of modern secular misery enforced on all other cultures. Its just a continuation of the British Empire. Power changed hands post ww2 and the Anglos in America became the new Rome.
