Man Im sorry but you are quite arrogant. And to the general public a 190lbs bench and sure as hell not a 225lbs deadlift is considered strong in any public unless you mean your local middle school.
I mean no offense I am in no way a pro or a freak I am 17, two years younger than you and my lifts are far past yours with two years training and 100% natural. I dont even use whey protein.
I am sorry and dont know much but, if I were you I would drop your ego and listen to some these guys stop being stupid and start looking for the damn advice you are not trying to find.
