Hea brother this is about as deep as our world as men get. I wish I could offer some advice but I can’t. So I will just be a man on the sidelines watching this thread for some hope.
Another exciting update for ya guys…I finally went for it. I made a Hinge account. So based on my previous experiences with dating apps, I went in knowing I’d be thrilled to get one new match per day and a couple of new dates per month.
Holy fucking shit…
Only 1 week in I have almost 60 matches. My message box is backed up with like 25 unread messages, and just tonight I went on 2 dates and have dates booked through the weekend and already starting to fill up next weekend. 
I’m enjoying this, but getting some serious imposter syndrome. I feel like I’m in the matrix. And the women I’m meeting with are looking for long-term, want kids, etc. since I’ve filtered preferences this way. I also decided this time to be very selective in who I swipe, so all the girls I match are 10s in my eyes. THIS IS NUTS!

Hinge is where it’s at now. Tinder and bumble are worthless
I had a problem with talking with girls who normally I wouldn’t want to seek out just because they’d initiate or show me attention. One thing I did with hinge was set my profile to hidden, and the only way girls see me is if I swipe or “like” them first. It’s help cut down on the riff raft and kept me honest lol
I’ve had a couple of hits on bumble, so I’ll still keep it around for now. Tinder seems like straight trash now–literal prostitutes and women just seeking followers.

Life is good. Wife (just celebrated 2 years) is a hot decorated wellness competitor. Family grew by 1.Home gym is huge and has good equipment.

I butchered the diet name too it’s “massive - a carb cycling approach”. Both seems great and easy to follow
