The 3rd Law of Muscle

Anybody else crave this stuff throughout the day? Tastes really good, especially the fruit punch one.

I have some Surge Workout Fuel mixed from yesterday and it wasn’t refrigerated. Is it still any good?

It should be fine.

The Lemonade SWF reminds me of fruit loops and or maybe fruity pebbles. It’s not bad at all usally I would shy away from a lemonade flavor but this stuff is really good. Not that I drink it because it tastes good but that is an added bonus too. This stuff rocks.

would you recommend using Surge Workout Fuel for a 16 year old who is active in sports playing soccer and lifting weights.

That’s good to hear. The fruit punch is out of stock right now so it looks like I will be ordering lemonade for the first time.

This is by far my favorite supp from Biotest. I wouldn’t call it the most important, but it is my favorite.

The idea of throwing a small bit of creatine monohydrate with their SWF has been mentioned a few times in this thread and it sounds like a good idea to me.
Has anybody tried SWF both with and without CM? Is it worth it or just down-right unnecessary?

Why not? Give it a try and see if she (or you) like it. In my opinion, it’s far better than that gatorade corn syrup kids guzzle down.

I’ve been redesigning my pre/peri/post workout nutrition. Somebody help me out with this one. Would Surge Recovery or Surge Workout Fuel be better for peri-workout? I am thinking that I should use SWF for pre along with some whey or isolate and then use the Surge Recovery during the workout. Am I correct in this thinking? Please call me out if not.

You seem to be on the right track. The thread on Christian Thibaudeau HTH is perfect for this question. Here is the link to the thread that shows the “official protocol”

Any idea when this will be back in stock?

We’re updating Surge Workout Fuel and should have it available again very soon.

The new formula will utilize Biotest Intensified Liquid Flavoring so that the concentration of the formula can be changed without altering the intensity of the flavor.

Plus, the larger packaging will include 60-percent more servings.

If everything goes according to schedule, it will be released this month.

Is Surge still good after being in water(mixed) for a few days??..I didn’t get to work out that particular day and I had to put it in the fridge. Can I still use it?

Thanks.

ronaldo: Mod Brian told me mine was good after being left out unrefrigerated for a day so yours is likely still ok if refrigerated.

Interesting, although I have to admit that I am a little sad about the flavoring. I think the fruit punch flavor is the best flavoring for any supp I have ever used by any company. If that is not an option for the new stuff, I hope you guys work on it. If it will be an option, you should make it available for the Mag-10 and Anaconda orders as well.

Will this 60% increase in servings be accompanied by a 60% increase in price?

I think you’ll be happy with the Biotest Intensified Liquid Flavorings since they not only taste great, but they also allow greater flexibility in using Surge Workout Fuel with Anaconda and MAG-10.

I’m not aware of the price, but I’ve been told that the cost per serving will be significantly less.

Sounds like good news all around.

The liquid flavoring that comes with Anaconda and Mag-10 is awesome. With all three being unflavored powders, I can see that opening things up a bit.

Awesome, thanks for keeping us in the loop on this! I was a little bewildered when I saw the Surge Workout Fuel was out of stock and not backordered!

x2 on the fruit punch! it was absolutely amazing!

i too am looking forward to the return of Surge Workout Fuel since im not “hardcore enough” for the Anaconda Protocol

really sucks that I’m out and have been for a while now. Real excited to try the new stuff and would welcome any insight on what Waterbury recomended concerning SWF and Anaconda together. Getting rid of the old protocol and using this one and waiting to do the whole one in the future.
