congrats on the PR. You got a good lift, so I can’t fault ya. I honestly did the same thing recently lol. Missed 585, was pissed because I’ve hit more in the past, so the very next week I got it after 545 felt smooth. That was on Monday, hahhaa. So basically I did exactly what I told you not to do.

Gonna try to post cals and macros daily as much as possible in the evenings. This will help hold my fat ass accountable.

Basic basement training. Push-ups, empty bar OHP volume work, curls, abs. 20 minutes tops.

Lower cals today than normal 2,030. No reason but not real hungry.

In Chicago traveling for business this week so won’t be posting updates. Creativity will be the name of the game with a hotel gym. Weather is great so I’ll be getting some walks in and focusing not overeating in one of my favorite cities to eat :joy:. Safe to say protein won’t be a problem.

Fast a furious - 40 minutes with almost no rest between exercises / sets. I wasn’t moving heavy weight, but cracking through the lifts today. I was pouring sweat by the end.
