What’s wrong with winning a match in bed? You’re a nut and I love it!

Ya? Seems like they can be a good thing.
About 45 minutes before training I take 1/2 cup 2% yogurt, ~1 cup frozen berries (thawed in the nuke), a dash of cinnamon and 3/4 scoop protein powder and blend it for a tasty smoothie. Sometimes I throw an egg in there but I usually just eat a hard boiled one instead.
But the smoothies you get at coffee shops and such, I don’t bother with those. They’re as good as getting a slurpee at 7-eleven.
lower day:
deadlifts: 10@135, 5@155, 5@175, 5@185, 4@205, 2@225, 1@235 (local PR!)
Romanian deadlifts: 5x10@135
barbell glute bridges: 5x10@135
hamstring curls: 5x10@90
overhead squats: 5x5@45
Dedekind what? Sounds german. I don’t do german math ;D
Glad you feel better, but you have to know that none of your fears are true. You’re too hard on yourself, just kick back and enjoy life. Know that school will pass and that because your boyfriend is around, that he won’t rather be anywhere else.
And congrats on the local PR.
lol@german math, Nikki! ![]()
WOOT, DL PR!!!
ha, maybe I’ll stick to red-blooded American math.
Also, I’m putting the one-meal-a-day thing on hold for a while. I can do it, but I can’t think about anything but food while I’m doing it.
Here’s to more food. Nice training today!

er… it turns out more fun when you lose.
On that note, I know some of you ladies know martial arts. Are there any tricks with leverages that make it easy to (safely) overpower a stronger opponent? A handicap, so to speak?
Nice DLs up there Alisa. I’ve been getting my BB glute bridges on too. Like them single legged.
About PMS, I hate that! It’s almost a joke in my house that I’m going to cry or want to cry about two days before Aunt Flo. It’s predictable. My husband often points it out. Hormones are real.
And you are looking fabulous. You got nothing to be insecure about. Well…I haven’t seen your wrestling action.
