Just finished a great chest+triceps lift. Now it’s time to treat my mom to a trip down to Carmel for Thanksgiving brunch on the California coast. Life is good.

that’s when this feeling settled into me
is like a whole other level beyond being depressed or anything
that’s when my training started becoming inconsistent and gradually fell apart
something broke inside of me.

so next year i decided if nothing good is happening in my life by then
i’ll just have to isolate and not look at what is going on around me
shut down and go back into the autistic space i used to live in when i was young
might have to start this christmas
been a long year of nothing for me

Parts one and 3 came off as planned. But my son chose to catch up on much needed sleep (home from college) and snoozed through most of the day!
To top off the evening, a local Action News camera came around to South Street (where we were enjoying T-Day dinner), and we ended up seeing ourselves later on the 11’o clock news!
