Just finished a plate of leftovers and I am totally on board. I was pretty happy that this morning I was officially the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life at 197 lbs. Trying to hit 205-210 by Jan.
I got a head start though because we had an amazing pot luck at work on Wednesday =)
I was thinking how awesome T-Nation is that this behavior is encouraged, as opposed to say…the Men’s Health forums where I’m sure there’s at least one thread about “OMG how do I not eat too much on Thanksgiving”
I am THANKFUL for T-Nation
I gained 6 pounds on Thanksgiving.
I finished up at 8.5 pounds. After sleeping for 13 hours, eating again, and hitting the gym this morning, I’ve managed to keep 4 pounds. Leftovers are calling my name though.
I had an enormous meal followed by an entire apple pie. In total I went from 191 to 205.
