I’ve always said women gaining weight ( even if it’s just water ) is a beautiful thing! So many good things usually happen.

omg lol @ spk.

whos trolling. isnt this an athletic forum? OP eats like a pig… has a big gut…not smart. real athletes dont do that.

on the other hand, i keep fogetting most on here that post are bodybuilders and powerlifters and their mentality is get huge… my athletic background is way different. i understand, but dont agree with the menality of getting fat looking then diet then repeat… unhealthy for 1 thing, and half the time you look like a fat slob. so what if you bench300, you eat like a pig, put on 25 pounds of fat then your bench goes up to 330…

who cares… look at the way you look half the time… then diet come summer time… dumb…i am glad i’m lean and cut year round… i have friends that are very very good artbb , but i dont agree with how they do things… the look like frank zane 2 months and the other 10 they look like the OP. fat…not trolling…
This isn’t an athletic forum, this is the “get a life” forum. I bet if we took a poll of every professional athlete in the US the overwhelming majority of them at a surplus of food yesterday.

A lot of people here would gladly put on 25 pounds to increase their bench 30 pounds.

Your MO seems to be posting “eat healthy all the time” and then calling people clowns who are much larger and stronger than you.

stay in this shape year round… this race was brutal… http://www.sport.be/uciworldcyclingtour/2013/fotospecial/index.html?fotospecial_id=11215&foto_order=5&language_id=3
You should start a thread dedicated to your training and competition preparation. There are a few of them in the BB section that you can peruse to get an idea of how it’s done.

We’re all waiting with baited breath to see where you started and how you have gotten to where you are now.

Amazing thread! SPK has a self proclaimed physique of frank zane, only leaner.

Pics were requested but never materialized.

the mentally weak wanna be athletes look like the OP. to weak to push the pies away or eat in moderation… all wat to get “huge”, but they all end up looking like the OP. the soft non athletic look… dosent even look like an athlete… to weak mentally to be a real athlete that’ll stand on the podium. dime a dozen wanna be…its thanksgicing, so i gotta eat like a pig “to get huge” hahahahaha!! take up bowling…
Way to judge the tone buddy!

And IMO abs on a skinny guy are as impressive as massive tits on a fat bird.

Troll elsewhere

He is so lean the camera can’t even take a picture of it. Our technology is useless in the face of his leanness.

That is a good bloat.

He materialized a bicyclist pic. I suppose he has a similar “physique” if you can even call it that. My guess is he’s a skinny bitch.

That photo (link) that was posted earlier on this page?

I am not sure I trust that, and is that a before, or after? I think you need to get avideo up of your drawing it.

If he is actually Belgian, I apologize on behalf of the country where I live.

Belgium owes the world an apology for this fellow.

Probably no apologies necessary. He linked to a Belgian website, to a photo of what appears to be an Italian cyclist (or at least, a cyclist wearing Italian colors), but offered no evidence that he is indeed the cyclist in question.

If you want to apologize for one of your countrymen, there is always Wreckless, but I haven’t heard from him in quite some time.

I wish spk would come back.
He brought the lols
