No I wouldn’t. I put forth an unrealistic scenario to illustrate that I wouldn’t.
Of course, if I were Casey Anthony’s dad, yeah, maybe then. If he were to do that in my presence I think I would just politely wait my turn. But otherwise, hell no.
According to the mom part of it was that he was gunning for custody of her 10 year old sister. The fact that he’s a family court judge, they needed a trump card to keep that from happening. This ought to do it.
