I like the layout for this cycle, but I notice there is no SERM listed. I would guess that if one were needed it would be Nolva, but in what amount and when? Or was it left out on purpose because of the AI?

not brook, But
I may be able to answer based on my knowledge.
a serm is used during a cycle only if you see complications like gyno start up.
it is used after for pct this is why it was left out.
and AI is a much better choice over a serm during cycle as it actually controls estrogen and does not only control how the estro is used like a serm.

at the first signs of gyno you should use 40 mg a day of nolva for a week and then 20 mg a day after that untill symptoms go away

and for pct I like to uset he same protocol.
40 a day for a week then 3 weeks of 20mg a day and still use an ai everyday as well during pct.

thats what I do and there are different dosing protocols but this is what works for me

ok im gonna have my first shot in a few days. my question is concerning adex and nolva. where would i get these ? are they from a doctor or hospital or will i have to get them off of my “source”. any help is appreciated.

as for the serm question i was just planning out the androgen cycle not holding your hand… my WU details are…

Serm use 2 weeks after last shot - 14 days - 40mg a day for 2 weeks and 20mg a day for 2 weeks will be ample.

The ai is used until the last shot and taper it off during the two week phase:

eg:
1)If on 0.25mg ED drop to 0.125ED for 2 weeks.
2)If on 0.25EOD drop to 0.125 EOD for 2 weeks.

Alternatively do number one the first week and number two the second week if being really stringent (read: paranoid!)

Tapering nonsuicidal AI’s is a controvertial issue and i would err on the side of caution, so may as well eh? :wink:

Look up those names (Adex = Anastrozole | Nolvadex = Tamoxiphen Citrate) and research chemicals. You should find a good variety of websites that you can order from.

i dont wanna seem like im being spoon fed by u guys, but does anyone know a reliable site to purchase nolva and adex online with out script and get it shipped to australia ?. i have been searching but cant find one that im comfortable with that would ship to aus. any aussie’s that can help with this ?
