Tested as Type 3 During Calorie Deficit, Type 2A During Maintenance

Ehh I am not type 2A, I am type 3

-hate parties, really i always try to avoid them because I hate spending time with other people, talking about shit, drinking alko, bla, bla. just HATE IT. I was on some and it was The worst decision i ever made, I do everything to not be on parties, even family, hate bitrhday, even mine.

-I dont talk A lot, but if somebody nerves me i pissed him of, NO anqlyzing consequences,

-i had many conflicts in my Life, which ia short btw, with teachers, coaches, other guys, had lot of fight but i NEVER started fight, simply it someone talking shit i tell him about it.

-I am good speaker, orator, but i prefer answering The question not starting the conversation.

-creative, for example I am writing book now, I think for it you need some doze of creativity

-Always was The slowest guy in short distances, I had one of the best stamina before i started lift weights, for example I won A bleep test in elite football club, but was The last on Speed test

  • I am on keto now, but to be honest i started3it because it was a plan for 2A, I dont Lose strenght even gain, but i feel like A crap…

  • Dont like novelty, I always prefer rutines, I was really nervous that I coldnt continue them when for example I moved out from my house to other place.

  • I like startegic games like Age of Empire 2/3, chees

  • when i was young i hated losing, I always crying for example when my dad beat me in soccer game in room

-From diet perspective, I was pretty good on keto, Lose fat gain strength , stamina, but i was more shy than i ever was and feel not so good to be honest

  • It is ineresting for me, but i dont talk about it nobody, that I had pretty strong depression when i was 14 when i was living far away from my house in boarding school, btw half of my Life i lived in boarding school, because I play football, but i had really intense suicide thoughts, really strong, for a long time, which dissappear when i started meditate.

  • I gain fat and muscle on all region of my body not in one place, when i gain mass i gain from toe to face even when i dont train.

  • I am very strict to The plane and discipline for example I write a book EVERYDAY on 9 p.m. and i hate to be late out even for 1 min. IF i am late i wait 30 min. To start at equal hour.

-i think A lot, I can sit on sofa like idiot and think all day about my future for example

  • I could spend all day long just studying for mature exam, ale year Around, even when i was in football camp i studied, because im go on law, and it was my choice not my parents bla bla, if it will be their choice i will be lazy

That is EXACTLY me and I’m 2A. You would not think that from my videos, but what you see in videos is a persona that I create and that appears when adrenaline is high.

The main difference is that I’m fast and explosive but that’s because of my fiber dominance, not neurotype.

A type 3 actually almost never get into conflicts and doesn’t like answering questions.

Yeah, I dont create conflict, i never attacked first, I just keep defensive camp against other who trying to attack me.
Second, yeah I dont like answering question which are bored for me, for example, how are you today?, what’s going on? I like answering on question which demend some intelectuall effort, not “small talk”.

This is why i was probing into things and figured I’ll test at 2 completely times within the year (at same time of day- mid day-- I train in the AM on 30% of daily carbs) depending on diet and training.

the first test was coded a 3 and on a solid calorie defect - this is the jerk A-hole person, snappy - argumentative, wife/kids don’t like this “guy” at all. shit sleep-but was mentally more sharp, confident when speaking in groups, taking over the scene. dropped from a 230lbs permabulker dude to 195lb in about 6 months of grinding thanks to Covid and the home gym. still pushing 90% of the same weight around… been the mule - the fit fatass all my life weigh up and down - too many times - love to eat. logging food before apps. training for over 20 years, since high school football. love to train but crack on the field. (but never at my office, its my company)

second test coded 2A about 2 months into my reverse so Calories are back up, still shit sleep - the more chill guy, no conflict, guy the family loves, office staff not scared to ask questions.

under a deficit i always gravitate to training like a 2A as most my life i lived on a freaking deficit it seems and now that Calories are back up that last thing in the world i want is to train like a 2A or even 2B. been loving the Simple, Guaranteed Strength And Size and not sure if its the security of knowing what is coming up next in the session or the fact that i dont have to learn any new movements or just life has me corned into a limited time to train where i need to feel like i moved mini mountains and some short lived after pump.

Yeah, you Are type 2A which is the commom neurotype in our society, but most people really enjoy for example parties, Love having fun, bla bla.
You are type 2A but in some interview you told that you have asperger and asperger have lots of type 3 traits, so maybe this is why you have tendencies like this
(Dont like parties, shy, introverted at Rest, etc.)

I’m actually not Asperger. I thought I was because I scored SUPER high on the test. But I have several traits that make it impossible: I’m good at reading people and adjusting my behavior to the situation I’m in, or person I’m with. Which is impossible for an Asperger.

I reapet again you should win nobel prize for creating this system…because it works, but i think test should be more developed, because how can you be 2A if this neurotype is the lowest and 3-4 other are pretty equal??

Because you have to understand how the test works. The test uses 3 different angles to assess your neurotype:

  1. There are question targeting a neurotype directly
  2. There are questions targeting the type of COMT enzyme you have (slow or fast… 1A, 3 have slow COMT, 1B and 2A have fast COMT, 2Bs can be one of the two)
  3. There are questions targeting methylation status (1B and 2B are overmethylators, 1A tend to be overmethylators, 1A and 3 are undermethylators)

So you really are assessing 4 things: neurotype, neurotransmitters, COMT and methylation to give you a final score.

4 or even 5 even scores indicate a very balanced profile and 2As are the balanced profile. Furthermore, 2As are the chameleons: they can change their personality quite easily depending on the situation and the person they are with. That’s why if someone is equal in 3, 4 or even 5 profiles it normally indicates a 2A personality: because they can be any personality depending on the situation. So even if 2A is a lower score, the fact that 4 profiles have similar scores is an even strong clue.

A true type 3 or type 1a are extreme personalities. As such they cannot really have 3, 4 or 5 equal scores.

Low COMT enzyme means that, for example after high intesive game, trainig, etc adrenaline is keeping high and you feel more energetic, confident, etc. ?

Slow COMT means that anytime adrenaline is released it takes a long time to get down. It’s not just about a game. It could be getting into an argument and staying mad for the whole day.

my test result is Type 3 , but i like to train like 1A /not 1B/ , and 1A diet and fasting suit me better ? maybe something with fat metabolism or gene-ApoE 4 . is play role in neurotransmiters pathway , it’s not just musclefibers type / slow ,fast /? i don’t know
