Take this little quiz to test your knowledge on the “separation of church and state.” I’m pretty well read on this topic, and I only scored an embarrassing 15 out of 21. Let’s see how well the rest of you do. BB, with all the reading you do, you oughta ace this thing!

I started taking the quiz, and considered other questions.
Like questions relating to religious frescoes and art in public buildings like the Supreme Court building.
Like questions asking which prominent Presidents invoked God in their major speeches, ranging from declarations of war to moon missions.
I’m a separation-of-church-and-state guy, but this limited quiz doesn’t show the big picture.
For example,
One answer declares:
“The U.S. Constitution is a godless document.”
Not exactly true. The Constitution is dated in a ‘Year of Our Lord’ format.
This isn’t evidence that the Constitution demands the US be a Christian nation, but it is clear that ‘godless’ is not the accurate term.

What number is that? I don’t see it.
17
interesting read…
Doogie,
I’m not looking at it presently, but it was in the explanation of a question after you score yourself and go back to review the answers.
I believe it was the question regarding whether the Constitution mentions Jesus, Christianity, etc.

History isn’t my strongest subject.
14/21 Pathetic
18/21. Not bad, I suppose.
