Test/tren/dbol cycle guidance

First thing you need to understand is drugs are a small piece of the puzzle. Diet and training are paramount. 15%-18% is not a good place to start a growth cycle. You really should be starting at 10%-12% and then once you hit 15% your done.
The amount of gear your taking is fine. You don’t need to pin test E EOD. 2x per week is fine unless you like pinning.
You don’t list anything about your diet or training so not really sure what your looking for.

With the stats you provided this is how it breaks down.
185@16% is 155lbm
195@12% is 167lbm
That means if your successful your looking to gain 12lbs of lean tissue in one cycle. I’m thinking that’s a bit of a stretch. I would suspect if all goes well you could keep 5-7lbs of tissue when all is said and done. That is also in a perfect world. By the time you finish from where you are now your prob gonna have to diet pretty good to get the fat off so the above may not even be realistic.

You should also start a training log so we can help you stay on track. Your gonna need to eat very, very clean to minimize fat gain.
