So Im currently 3 weeks into my 3rd cycle in the last decade. Im currently pinning 125 test E/ 50 tren A EOD, and taking 25mg oral tab dbol to help with appetite mainly. Id like to think i titrated properly starting with just trt, then trt/dbol, and hopefully finishing with my current cycle with the exception of test.
Im 33yo, 5’7" and about 185 currently, sitting at around 15-18%. My end goal is to get to around 210 and cut back to 190 at around 12-15%, while retaining as much muscle mass as possible. Im not taking any creatines or bcaas. Just as much protien and food as possible and trying to sleep a solid 8 as much as possible.
I am currently working out 6 days a week for around 1.5 hours and rotating back/bi, chest/tri, sholders/legs.
Gotta go pretty light with the legs due to a car accident that put my femur through my hip and in my stomache. Spent two years trying to get back into the gym and dont feel like breaking again overdoing it.
Current diet is pretty lax due to my naturally active lifestyle/ career, and time spent training. I was able to go from around 157 to about 180 on just test and dbol. Added trenbin the mix on a whim and access.
Anyone experienced have any suggestions on how to tweak dosing or habits to meet goals safely.
First thing you need to understand is drugs are a small piece of the puzzle. Diet and training are paramount. 15%-18% is not a good place to start a growth cycle. You really should be starting at 10%-12% and then once you hit 15% your done.
The amount of gear your taking is fine. You don’t need to pin test E EOD. 2x per week is fine unless you like pinning.
You don’t list anything about your diet or training so not really sure what your looking for.
With the stats you provided this is how it breaks down.
185@16% is 155lbm
195@12% is 167lbm
That means if your successful your looking to gain 12lbs of lean tissue in one cycle. I’m thinking that’s a bit of a stretch. I would suspect if all goes well you could keep 5-7lbs of tissue when all is said and done. That is also in a perfect world. By the time you finish from where you are now your prob gonna have to diet pretty good to get the fat off so the above may not even be realistic.

You should also start a training log so we can help you stay on track. Your gonna need to eat very, very clean to minimize fat gain.

Hey thanks for getting back to me. I updsted my post to contain the pics and info you were looking for. My percentages are more of a guess than anything, its been awhile since i did a bmi.
BMI is antiquated and not applicable to body builders anyway. If I were you I’d go back to Test only and hire a trainer. No disrespect, I’m being for real.
Probably, ive been eating literally everything. Im naturally built small and loose weight and size if im not paying attention. My strength and size was more my focus and they both exploded. Im not too concerned about cutting down once i get to a good weight to do so.
I get it. I’m 5’7” too and graduated HS at 130lbs if that. Proper T levels, training, nutrition and TIME. Today I weigh 205-210 on average with prob mid to high teens in BF. I rarely diet down below 15% because I’m 42 and don’t give a fuck about being lean anymore plus you can still see me abs, I just carry it more viscerally. Point being it’s been 25 years of training and learning how my body adapts to nutrition and stimulus. I’ve been bigger but at TRT levels I can maintain a pretty sizable build for my height. I bet you can too without needing Tren etc.
Now if you want to get big and shredded at all cost… Tren it up. Be prepared to stay on and often. But it didn’t sound like that’s what you’re looking for.
No I agree, and honestly, it is 100% a means to an end. I mainly started any of it because i qas able to get back to the gym, but couldnt lift what i was before obviously. I saw it as a way to get back what I had lost quickly and pick up where i left off.
Not sure that cycle matches your current physique. If it were me I’d drop the Tren for now and just do Test only and run a longer cycle with lower calories for a slow-bulk approach. Make that 20-24 weeks. Then go low dose Test while dieting to maintain the new muscle while dropping 10% BF.
Me and my son 10 years apart. Pre TRT with shit T levels and post TRT with no anabolics. Steroids I was always 10lbs more muscle but I quit cuz I couldn’t hold that shit without them and the health risk wasn’t worth it.
I honestly dont think ill ever try and get to 10% bf, im looking for a healthy 15%n enough to see some definition and remove the hip handles. I genuinely thought i was closer to that than I am based off of what ive read and watched, but i honestly havent gained too much weight around the waist since doubling my food intake and tripling my protein intake. Ive gained a very noticeable size difference in all area’s i have been working on arms chest back and shoulders legs. I guess i thought tren was for protien synthesis to aide in rapidly growing dense muscle fast. So thats why i started taking it. My primary objective was to make sure my dosing ratios were ok, and what kind of taper coming out of a cycle
Thats awesome man, and I think that as long as I can atleast maintain my strength, this is going to be a short lived experience. Ive cut out all alcohol and caffeine since starting the dbol cycle, and id like to enjoy the simple pleasure of life again one day. I just noticed that after 2.5 years out of the gym and limited activity, I withered away back to 156 and 185 for a max on bench. After 2 months, im back to 335 and getting stronger everyday. Id like to keep what I got and maintain in a perfect world. When i stop taking the dbol, my appetite drop drastically and i have to force myself to eat more than 3 meals and a shake a day.
