Test Total Estrogens. Not Just E2. Read On

@mtman hey man! Sorry I didn’t see this post! Yes tamoxifen 20mg / a day. Drop the AI.

Are you talking pg/ml? How do you get someones E2 up that high? I haven’t had a single test over the equivilant 25 on TRT, and usually it’s 15-20 this is without AI or anything.

Thanks for the reply!
What you’re saying does make sense to me. I’ve seen so much info on the ‘broscience’ side of things that it’s hard for me to figure out which side to agree with. I’ll need to do more research!

Question, if E doesn’t matter as you suggest. Why does free T often decrease when E2 goes up?

Another issue I have is in one of your comments above (and in the video). You say a healthy range when a male is younger is 70-100 for E2. I can’t find anywhere that suggests such a high E2 range. The video suggests that E2 is naturally higher when males are younger. Everything I’ve seen suggests E2 is generally lower when young and begins to increase as we age.
This makes me suspicious that your information is correct.
I’m still having a hard time believing you can have 80+ E2 and be ‘fine’. How do you justify the water weight, loss of erections and loss of well-being that so often happens when E2 increases?

@bigbobrocks16 @unreal24278 the units in the study are pmol/l. On forums such as this everyone uses pg/ml. A 75 or so pmol/l is around 22 pg/ml.

Someone else responded to this, bc I had the same questions.

I think the 75-100 thing was in pmol. So the conversion would be roughly 20-30 pg/ml

However @physiolojik hasn’t responded to these questions by us both.

Uhhh look right above this post haha @roscoe88

@physioLojik: Your message wasn’t posted when I posted mine for some reason?

Regardless, it has to be in pmol in order for it to make sense.

So you would recommend just tamoxifen to prevent possible gyno issues? My last E2 came in at 168 pmol/L which freaked me out somewhat because I have been getting itchy around the nipples and chest area. I stopped HCG about three weeks ago because I think that was adding the E2 issue. I’ve been taking liquid tamoxifen for about three weeks now and the itching has reduced but still there now and again. Should I be worried @physioLojik

Yort that makes more sense, 100pg/ml is around 367pmol so I was in disbelief that that could possibly be the optimal amount of E2 for men. Thank you for clarifying, I’ll watch the said video posted way above later today, seems interesting.

How’s the trip to Mexico been?
