Test or D-bol for the First Cycle Ever

Guys need some serious advice here
Never cycled before , 29 years , 3 years of training, with good results but i reached a plateau
i weight round 200 LB.
BF is bit high but i am dieting nowadays on high protein / Low carb.

so i want to start a mild cycle with some fast results with minimum sides and i was researching on the net and found those two cycles for novice but i am very confused in them

1- dbol for six weeks

  • 1st week 10 mg /2nd 20 mg/ 3-4 th week 30 mg / 5th 20 mg / 6th 10 mg
  • nov form week tow till week 8 20mg/day
  • Essential forte for Liver 2 cap / day to support Liver function

or 2- test prop for six weeks
with Nov on hand

My concern is to get best results with less sides and get out of the cycle ASAP.
so what are your thoughts?

which is better in results and quality lean muscles with less fat?
which has less sides?
what do you recommend for beginner for me ?
is the d-bol cycle like that effective and will it really harm my Liver if i go with it
finally which cycle is safer form Gyno prospective ?

just curious how you say you plateaued. how do you know that?

first two years , i have seen good gains and transformation
since last year although i eat well , train hard, many supplements with no gains or any change

you need to do some more reserach. read the stickies here, they are a good starting point.

I would do Test-e @ 500mg for 10 weeks. Maybe throw in some tbol or dbol

I would suggest telling us your stats, your workout plan and your nutrition. I doubt you have hit a plateau after only 3 years. At 200 pounds, I believe your nutrition probably needs altering.

Agreed, especially since you say your bodyfat is high. What’s your height? Unless you’re a midget, no idea how you can plateau at 200lbs.

No offence, but I trained for more than 10 years before starting with AAS. Sure you won’t increase that much anymore after a few years, but your body composition and strength keeps evolving (slowly that is).

I like dbol… I gives good gains, gives me good positive feeling all day long and h$rny as hell. But I try to keep it as a kick start for a week or 3, max 4. I would never do a dbol only for 6 weeks.

If you don’t mind pinning every other day with the Test Prop, I’d say go for the Test Prop. It will give you leaner gains, since you said your BF is rather high.
