Test Interpretation

Hi guys,

I am a 32yo male struggling to find the reason for my chronic fatigue. I have saliva and blood tests of hormones, can you please tell me if there is reason to suspect these are the cause?

Saliva test
DHEAS 22.7 nmol/L (5-30.0)
Testosterone 240 pmol/L (100-720)
Estradiol e2 11 pmol/L (<6)
Estrone e1 50 pg/ml (9.6-20)

Blood test
Testosterone 14.7 nmol/L (8-27.9)
SHBG 34 nmol/L (18-54)
FAI 43 (38-91.7)
Free testosterone 299.5 pmol/L (243-571)
Oestradiol 64 pmol/L (28-156)
Progesterone 2 nmol/L (0.7-4.3)

All other blood work done by doc is normal. Blood hormones in range but saliva shows high estrogens. I am waiting for embolization procedure for left varicocele and am hoping it will improve my fatigue.

Many thanks

TSH?

Don’t let the doc tell you “normal”. Get specific values.
