Day 1,
Havent regained what ive lost over the last two, inactive months so progress will probably be rapid in the first couple of weeks. Curious to see about that liquid diet, obviously and no its not my first cycle. Granted, it has been a few years since last time.
Just pin twice a week. Sundays and Wednesdays work great for me.
Pin your HGH at night. It will help you sleep. Morning shots may make you groggy. Splitting the dose doesn’t seem to help much either. I also preload about 15 syringes. I get everything together, add my bacti water, and draw my syringes and put them in the fridge where they won’t be messed with.
If you read my primer, you’ll see that changes (for me) weren’t really noticeable until 90 days or so. 30 days is too short to make adjustments. I will also say that 4 or 5 iu seems to be the threshold for fat loss. You might consider a tapering up the first couple of days. Also, you should feel tingling or numbness in your hands with good HGH. My carpal tunnel syndrome was kicking into high gear for weeks before it settled down. Just be prepared for it.
I haven’t used HGH, but I’ve heard that is individualistic. Some use it as a sign that their HGH is good, but I don’t but that is a good sign for everybody.
Ive been pinning 2ui every morning for about 10 weeks, which kind of makes this my third month on, and havent suffered from it so far. Seem to respond well to it.
Im gonna go out on a limb here say that those 2ui have helped me “keep” weight and actually lose some fat too, even though ive been eating like a pig. Had i been exercising im certain that the fat loss wouldve been more prominent. Also ive been suffering some of the hallmarks of hgh. Like having to shave twice as often, better skin, minor stiffness in the joints, water rentention in the hands and tingeling in the hands so im confident my gear is dandy. I have the Genotropin goquick pens so i dont have to tinker with syringes, which is practical. Figure i might give your way of pinning at night a try to see if there is any difference. How long before bed to you pin?
Got my test results back today. Turns out my testosterone’s high, lmao.
The lab sheet is in swedish so im gonna get to translating some of the stuff that isnt close or the same as in english, later tonight.
As far as i could understand from the doc’s summary, pretty much all the high levels are results of steroid use, smoking and intense exercise. So im not alarmed, yet. Im basicly gonna quit smoking or cut down, keep up the cario, keep eating clean and keep saturated fats to a minimum.
Spent some time on google and it turns out most are the same or really close the english version. Except for Calcium= Potassium
Since this is my first blood test thats not being narrated by a doctor, im trying to figure out what to make of the testosterone levels. How do i compare them to my injected dose?
A bit curious, if its possible to see what my vials are containing mg-wise
When did you take your last shot before getting blood drawn and what mg did you inject? Also, what’s your weekly dose?
You’re at 3 times the top of normal range but without knowing where that lies as far as peak & trough go it’s hard to really tell you anything. Obviously it means you have real testosterone so that’s a plus.
So far some fat loss and have started putting on water. Hands are swollen to the point where i barely clench a fist. Mornings are the worst, probably couldnt grip a half inch rod to save my life. If it gets any worse the morning piss is gonna start being a problem. (Lol) On the upside, no carpal tunnel. Some moon face and water in general, though. Looks like 2ui was my sweetspot for ducking sides.
Almost forgot.
Kept pinning the hgh on mornings for a few days after upping it to 3ui but started to fall asleep every time my ass even got close to the couch, couldnt keep my eyes open. Not really sure what it was but has gotten a bit better since i switched to pinning nights. Thanks for the tip @iron_yuppie
Necro update!
I ended up cutting the mini-blast shortly after last post, due to beeing unable to work out, and dropping down to 120mg/week. Also dropped the HGH from 3 to 2ui and kept it there untill my stash ran out. Muscle-wise the hgh was a complete waste. But the improved sleep, recovery and sense of wellbeing made it totally worth it.
Kind of realised that i was an idiot for jumping on a blast and have been keeping test at 120mg since then. I was also ignorant and rude to those of you that only tried to help. My apologies @studhammer@iron_yuppie@mnben87@wanna_be@dextermorgan and who ever else i may offended.
