Which stack is better for bulking and recovery after?
Just my 2 cents, but I always preferred Deca over Equipoise for everything muscle.
Why 3 compounds? Have you tried just Test at different doses? Any of these compounds previously?
Yes i tried test before but not looking to dose up on that due to balding. I will keep test as my base but looking to add different compounds.
I would look at Anavar or Tbol. I know not traditional bulking steroids but if training hard and eating in a surplus they work well. Anavar hasn’t been hard on my hair and like you the test E and just life is a hair risk.
If your set on your stack I’d go
200mg Test E per week split in two shots
200-300mg Deca per week
Dbol 20-30 mg 2-3 times per week pre workout.
I feel like EQ is better utilized with some performance goals.
Don’t be running that for months on end. Shorter the better
One of the reasons I liked orals was to flatten the AAS curve. I took them everyday, twice a day (short half-life), or 3 times a day (better yet.)
I do believe that Dianabol (made by CIBA) is the single best AAS milligram for milligram for muscle size and strength. Disclaimer: I am not familiar with the Dianabol used today.
In that sense I am sure you are correct. I simply am recommending what I know works. Less dbol is usually a good thing lol. Frankly less deca as well
Test with a 5AR inhibitor (Finasteride or Dutasteride) is your best bet for hair safety if you are going to use AAS. Tbol is probably the next best (it is better than Test without a 5AR inhibitor).

I never took more than 20mg/day of Dianabol or 200mg/wk of Deca. (200mg/wk of Test C)
And did typically 8 week cycles and frequently. I was “on cycle” more time than I was “off cycle.” I feel this is key, especially since I never considered what is now known as “cruise.”
Though I never used AAS as a pre-workout aid. I did rotate caffeine, ephedrine, and Nicorette gum (2mg). I rotated to hope to avoid down regulation. They were supposed to spare glycogen stores, and my hopes of burning more fat as fuel during my workout. I never knew if it actually worked that way, but I was just touching another “base.”
