Test E, Tren E, Mast E, Halo, Winny Cycle

First off I would just like to say many thanks to all the vets who make this forum what it is. It is by far the best place to find accurate information among AAS as well as just about everything else BB or PL related. Every time I start researching a particular thing it always ends up back here and the info is on point every time. I have selfishly lurked and learned a great deal over the past 6 years through this forum and hopefully now that my life has slowed down I can use what I learned and begin to give back a little here and there.

Proposed Cycle and a Little background:

Age 33, 5’11 , lifting 13 years. 240 lbs, body fat (est 12-14%) don’t know but wear size 32-34 pants depending on time of year.
Cycle experience, lost count, at least 8 been on blast and cruise for 3 years now.
I am recovering from acromioclavicular separation in both shoulders and a broken vertebrae L2 in lower back. (injuries were about a year ago)
I was 258lbs when I broke my back. My goals have changed since then and to be honest I was never comfortable at that weight. I would like to walk at 220-230 lbs and just concentrate on strength. (AAS I have used in the past; test,(prop, ace)deca,eq, hgh, sust, tren, primo, mast, dbol, var,a bombs, halo, winstrol and probly some forgotten.)

Diet is clean, I do not eat processes food. Low carbs but I use em when I need them. Consume around 300 gr protein a day.

I also spend a lot of time doing core work now, had I been doing this years ago I would have saved myself a great deal of wasted time and energy from injury and recovery. Abs, Hip flexors, lower back, and pelvic work I hammer 3 times a week now.

Lifts:

Doesn’t matter what they were, its what they are now.
Bench is still very weak do to shoulder health but I recently went 365x2.
Have not had a squat max rep yet, but on max effort day I work up to 440x3 box squats for 4 sets.
DEadlift sucks. Im not trying to push it too hard until I regain all my lower back muscles and core strength. Typically I work 6-8 low volume sets in the 315-405lbs range.

A typical week is benching 3 days, squatting 4 days, 1 day deads and various accessory work spread put thought the week. (Yes I squat and bench on the same days quite often)

SO this is a proposed cycle for me along with some experimental dosages and timing. The way I use tren my seem weird but it works for me with making sides bearable. Again goals here are purely strength gains.

Test E Weeks 1-12 750mg a week (maybe up to a gram).
Tren E Week 1 and 2, 200mg; Week 3, 300mg;Weeks 4, 400mg, Weeks 5-11 600mg.
Mast E Weeks 3-11, 500mg a week.

Halo day 1-25, 20-30 mg a day pre workout.
Winny 50 mg last 30 days.
Week 13 back to 250mg blast and cruise

(Alternate week 13 I may boost my test to a gram until week 16 just to help solidify gains before tapering back to 250mg a week maintenance dose?)

Plenty of Adex, Caber, Bromo, Hcg on hand.

Any constructive thoughts or additions are always welcome. I have thick skin. I know alot of you will say go with short esters but its not that I mind pinning everyday just that I forget and my shit gets all jacked up, lol. I do not have a competition coming up, the Halo is in there just because I love Halo, period.

Again any insight from you more experienced guys is always great.

can’t really comment on your cycle as I’ve never used tren or mast, but I’d be interested to hear a bit more about your love of halo?

What does it do for you?

Halotestin (Fluoxymesterone) is known for its unique ability to stimulate the production of red blood cells by releasing erythropoietin from the kidneys, which means more hemoglobin and extra fresh air holding potential of and within the body. Mostly its used pre and during contest for powerlifting, strongman and mma circles. I take it as a pre-workout stack all at once; it clears my system in 9 hours. Many spread the dose throughout the day however thats harsh on your liver 24/7.

I personally like it for its:

  • increased aggression during workout
  • added strength from increased hemoglobin and the extra oxygenated red blood cells with zero weight gain.
  • It allows me to lift at maximum poundages while in a caloric deficit.
  • extended endurance
  • Its a nice kicker till the Tren kicks in with no bloat, like dbol.

cool beans, yeah I know the science of it, just don’t know anyone personally who’s used it. I’m contemplating what oral to run with my next cycle and halo’s one of the things I was considering

rds,

It also seems to me that my recovery time between sets of max effort lifts is greatly decreased. I guess all that extra oxygenated blood makes it easier to go harder and faster.

haha that’s funny and here I am making regular trips to the Red Cross to make donations with the goal of actually LOWERING my hemoglobin/hematocrit/RBC levels

Balla, I should edit that to say “preworkout for first 25 days” not 25 days straight, my blood would be thicker than a milk shake!

Nice info on the Halo. I’ve never used it. The way you do seems a great way to get the benefits with very few sides, if any. What about aggressive behavior out of training? Probably under control the way you do it?

I had blood tests done (off cycle) and I was surprised my hemoglobin/hematocrit/RBC levels were perfect as I had not given blood since ehrn I went to do so, I was not permitted too because I had sex with a stranger (a woman mind you, well make that womEn)in the last 6 months! I’ll lie next time  In fact everything was normal except low estradriol!

As for Test E + Tren E + Mast E, it’s BY FAR my favorite combo. And I do mean by far. Prepare for a serious libido ride.

SwD,

Yes I agree that stack is my favorite as well! The Halo at the beginning is kind of a little experiment. Most guys will run it at the end leading up to a competition and such. I want to see if running it early will aid or even boost the gains when tren and mast kick in around week 4. Maybe I will learn something maybe nothing at all. As far as aggressive behavior goes I generally stay around 20mg maybe 30 on a really good day. That being said if im having a bad day, agitated or angry I will skip that days Halo dosage, period! Its just not worth it.

Ive worked out at the same gym in my hometown for 5 years now, most of the members look up to me, especially the young ones. The last thing our sport needs whether its BB or PL is some Dbag loosing it in the gym and showing his ass! I am a firm believer that we; as men and AS users most hold ourselves to even higher standards to not only be positive examples to others but also to help change the untrue stigmatism of steroid use.
