Seeking some guidance here. I’m about to run my second cycle. I’m a complete newbie as far as cycles. Been lifting for years though dedicated.

body fat: way too high maybe around 15-18% if i had to guess…
First cycle:
test sus 500
eq 600
masteron 400
pct: clomid/nolva/hcg
Second Cycle (About to start)
Test E 500 1-12
Deca 400 1-12
Dbol 30mg ed 1-5
Basically my questions are:
Are my dosages ok?
What is recommended as far as running blockers with this cycle w/ dosages? (Arimidex? Letrezol?)
What is recommended liver support to run with the dbol?
What is recommended Pct to run post cycle?
overkill… ran a dry cycle with MASTERON and you came out FAT… like what? why take masteron when fat and come out still fat? waste of masteron… first cycle could have been sust 500 and you would probably get same results(if you got any, of course).
why did you do EQ and Mast when fat, just to bloat like a mofo now? deca and dbol will make you into a fucking Michelin Man.
sorry for being harsh, but you take drugs you dont know, just to stack em without any logical reasoning… you did a dry stack when fat, now you are still fat and you go the opposite - Michelin Man way now. If you ended EQ and Mast at 18% fat(im sure its 25% in reality because we all always underestimate… 18% at 210 has abs) it means you have a poor diet, and this bloatcycle you wanna do will just make it worse. You will be the fattest water buffalo at the gym, man.
Want a smart choice? 500mg of test. Calories 200-300 over maintenance. Weights EOD, HIT cardio EOD. Recomp. Come out 210@12-14%, then do test500 and eq600, same calories, same plan… come out 220@12%… then do test/mast, caloric defficit, come out 190@10% and you will look better than you ever did…
you use much too much for first cycles and you get nothing out of it.

first cycle was recommended by someone and i just did it. i don’t even think the gear was good.
i just want to run a bulk cycle thats why i picked this one.
what is the best way to educate myself?

there is actually no such thing as bulk or cut cycle… there is bulk or cut DIET… the stuff you reffer to as “bulk cycle” is a bloat cycle as in - you use drugs that bloat you with water, but you still gain muscle the normal way you would on any cycle, as far as your diet un training is good… then you piss out the water and you see what you actually gained.
IF you diet is good, calories are correct and training stimulates enough adaptation, you will gain simmilar amount of muscle on “bulk cycle” with sustanon/deca/dbol as you would on “cut cycle” - test prop/tren/stanazolol… the thing that differs is that on “bulk cycle” like this you will also gain 20lbs of shit in your face which later will just be peed out in a week of constant peeing all night as soon as deca and dbol lets go of water retention.
On “cut cycle” you wont gain water weight so you wont see such a dramatic increase in weight, but the actual muscle gained will be simmilar, IF your diet and calories are correct and training stimulates the right adaptation.
You can cut on dbol and deca also, because cutting or bulking is about calories, not drugs… if you will be in a caloric deficit on deca, you will lose fat, and when you pee out that water you gained, you will see how well you cut.
You have to understand that steroids dont build muscle out of good wishes. They just optimalize the process of heavy training with correct stimulus and utilize diet if there is any to utilize. If you train like a retard and eat the wrong way, no steroid will bulk or cut you… some will just fill you with water for a bit, and some might give you leaner look - for a while… when you stop the drug, you will see how good your training and diet was in the first place and then you start to degrade, if you come off completely.
I somehow get the feeling that you might wanna educate yourself in some strenght training and dieting first, because you did masteron while being fat and remained fat so i take you dont really understand that steroids just do EXTRA of what you are already doing… if you cant lose weight on your own, masteron wont help… if you cant gain strenght from month to month, no steroid will build muscle for you. They ONLY helo to do what you do without them… if you are moving nowhere now, steroids will either bloat you for a bit, or dry you for a bit… no real results.
Seperate. You need to squeeze out as much as you can from as little as you can. Its mostly training and diet anyways, its not as much the drugs.

Your masteron time is at least a year away, so we cant know now, we need to see the stats you will have after doing stuff right.

After 12-16 weeks of test, you can sit on 125-250mg of test for some 8 weeks or so, easy, and just see what happens. What you lose, what you gain. Its impossible to guess the next steps as we have no idea about what will happen in 4-6 months.
I live in eastern europe, all our sources are trusted, because there is no need to fake stuff in here as it all is cheap, because its made close to us, and there are no laws on this. But i dont think it is of any help to you
