Hey everyone, I want to make sure I am planning to do everything correctly before starting my cycle.

Personal details:

  • Age: 22
  • Height: 184cm
  • Weight: 73kg
  • BMI: 21.6
  • Bodyfat: I suspect around 14%.
  • Training: 1 year , 4-5 times a week.
    (I was about 64kg before I started working out and eating well)
  • Calories: I will consume 3-4k ed during the cycle.

I only can say something you probably not want to hear. A cycle after one year of training is a joke. If I were you, I would train at least another 4 years before even thinking about it. Youre wasting a lot of potential. But good luck though

The cycle is fine, the age and the history of the cycler (cyclist?) is not. You’re too young AND you’re breaking rule #1 of the beginner’s cycle guide.

From what I can see it’s a first cycle. His BMI is only 21.6 which would indicate OP is about six foot 1 and 163 pounds… Which is… Quite small in my opinion. The chances of him being a “cyclist” are probably quite slim as if he has run gear and is only 163 lbs then something is clearly wrong with his training philosophy.

Wait nvm he listed his height in cm. @ne7 how is your diet, how many calories/kilojoules do you consume in the average day, whatever it is it may not be adequate for your genetics. Before joining the dark side #starwars #stillhaventseenit you should work on your diet and training more, I can’t comment on age as I’m not sure what the general consensus is to what age is appropriate to use AAS. is it 25-30??? However given your stats you are far from ready to cycle, hold off a few more years… Or not I’m not your dad.

Repeating what was said, you are too young and your too small. Im 184 as well and pretty lean and i cant imagine myself 20kg lighter at your weight.
Now the good news is, you obviously know how to plan stuff out so instead of the cycle try and plan a couple 2/3 month training blocks and eat big, you will learn alot more on the way and be prepared for the future.
