1-12weeks 500mg test e (250mg mon/250mg thurs)
1-4weeks dianabol 30mg/day
15-19weeks:
clomid 50/50/25/25
nolvadex 20/20/20/20
is this good or i need to add hcg to have smooth recovery and to protect my balls?

Cycle looks good. Personally I would run the hCG because it’s not like the shit’s expensive and it’s just a little subQ pin every couple of days, but it’s not absolutely necessary.
I assume you’re using an AI from the start and aren’t being one of those morons who like to have it “on hand”?
You need an AI on cycle.
Adex @ 0.5mg eod - some people also carry this on through PCT with a taper down.
HCG 250iu x 3 per week
PCT is ok but could be improved by dropping chlomid and going with nolvadex @ 20mg per day for 8 weeks
