Hey, looking for a bit of advice on how many ml to take of test e 300mg and how many days a week etc.

TRT is provided by a medical professional. Some guys self administer but thats usually guys that have been on supervised TRT for years, are stable on a protocol, and know what labs to order and what biomarkers to evaluate. Ask yourself are you prepared to do all this and knowledgable enough to do so? From the question at hand, the answer is an obvious no.
To directly answer your question, a good starting dose is 150mg/wk. Your vial is 300mg/ml. That means you draw out .5ml if you are doing one shot a week, or .25ml each pin if you are doing two shots a week.

Do you have bloodwork?
Why this mg/ml? May hurt. 300 is typ the breaking point. Would get testE250 or testC200 if your just starting out.
