Yes, i think i’ll be sticking with .5 eod for the time being.

How did you feel first few days after pinning the test? I felt terrible the day after my first pin but feel better today, minus the sore delts of course.

Weight - 201 lbs in the morning.

Hit back yesterday and struggled a bit because my shoulders were bloody killing me. Still managed to bang it out but certain things were just aggravating it. Popped a couple ibuprofen last night to help a little and my delts def feel better today.

Going to pin 1cc again tonight. Hopefully my delts wont be destroyed again afterwards.

Ok well pinned again last night. Felt way more comfortable as I used a new technique to hit delts my buddy showed me.

Woke up expecting to be sore like last time, but nothing yet. Don’t even feel sore when I massage my delts.

Last nights workout went okay minus the fact I felt extremely weak. For instance, normally I put up 110lbs db’s for 10 reps on incline, but last night I got 6 and it was a struggle. Just didn’t feel very good, but that’s partly due to the fact my delts were still pretty damn sore from the initial pin.

Starting to feel really good throughout the day. Cant really explain what I mean, but I just feel tight and full all day long as if I have a mild pump.

Hit legs yesterday and the pump was pretty intense. Got pumped on my warmups and it intensified throughout the entire workout. Looks like the Dbol is kicking in!

Question:

Is it okay to pin delts continuously? I’m hitting 0.5 cc’s in each delt every 3 days and after the first pin I have zero pain and it seems to be really easy and comfortable for me to pin there.

I have hit front, middle and rear delts, so I am not hitting the same spot every time.

Is it okay to continue if I don’t have any issues with knotting up or pain?

Im surprised you haven’t pinned your quads yet? usually thats the first spot people hit. I couldnt wait to stab them hahaha
most threads Ive read, here and other forums rotate their sites, like left then right quad, glutes then shoulders.
I only pinn my quads so I had to change how far up or down I would go.
some maybe not be 100% with this but I was always under the impression It builds up scar tissue each time you inject to the same area, making it harder to push through

I would rotate more sites if it were me. If your using slin pins scar tissue will take longer to build up.

I just feel you should give a certain muscle a break for a bit even though your hitting different heads. I use delts,bis,chest,quads, and glutes.

Honestly, I’ve been putting off hitting my quads because when your legs are sore everything suffers. I’ve only gotten sore the first pin in my delts (virgin muscles) but I haven’t felt anything since and I’ve pinned there 3 other times, different heads of course.

Most likely I will hit my glutes this Friday as I think it will be an easier target and much more comfortable. Either way, eventually I will be hitting vastus lateralis, but all in time :slight_smile:

Feeling decent, nothing exceptional. Felt a lot better on Monday & Tuesday with my energy and strength. So far no noticeable strength increases. In all honesty, I think I have lost a little bit of strength since pinning. The pump is beginning to get decent as I seem to be pumped after 3-4 sets of my first exercise, which is nice. I’m really looking forward to strength increase and quicker recovery. Feeling a little lethargic throughout the day now as well and just generally run down.

Im really keen to see how you go with this def following !, I did the same first cycle about 12 months ago got some incredible gains totally loved it! - strength went through the roof and I added about 10kgs on. They say your first run is usually the best.

I didn’t get much pain in the legs I used to hit them on leg days to pump it around the muscle (if it actually works), Ive always been a bit sketchy about hitting the shoulder bit of an awkward angle for me.
I got impatience with using Dbol and upped the dose to 50mg and got really bad sides like Cystic acne on the back of my neck was pretty annoying so don’t up it too fast ! haha
I felt similar with the run down feeling at the start as well I think it could be a side of using Dbol maybe ?

Ya so far i am up about 5 lbs, strength hasnt improved yet, recovery hasnt improved yet, but I am being patient. Still very early to see noticeable gains or power of the test yet.

Dbol has helped my pumps a bit, but other than that, no noticeable gains from it either. Im assuming this week it should be kicking in nicely.

Well I pinned my quads for the first time using a slin pin last night. Feel tender today of course as this is the initial pin in that muscle. Nothing unbearable, but def tenderness is apparent.

Overall, starting to feel pretty good. Only thing ive noticed so far is my hair is getting greasy fast, sweating a lot more and my sex drive is getting pretty crazy. Waking up with those painful woods.

Been noticing some knee pain which is weird because ive never had knee issues or join soreness there before. Going to start warming up a bit longer on leg days to make sure those knees get some blood in them prior to dumping any heavy weight on them.

So, weighed myself this morning and I am up 7 lbs since starting this cycle. Starting to feel better and better each day in and outside of the gym. Always feeling pumped, pumps are getting more intense in the gym.

One thing to note is that last time I pinned I hit quads (vastus lateralis) and good god I dont want to do them again. I pinned 0.5cc in each quad with a slin pin which went fine, but my left quad was extremely sore and I had a limp up until this morning. Think I am going to hit my glutes next with a 1" slin pin and see if that is better.

Also, no sides as of yet. No acne, sore nips, headaches, nothing. Only “side” I have is greasy hair that I have to wash everyday now and some fast growing facial hair.
