Hey all. Been off the wagon for 2 years. Started a month ago… 600test 400 deca weekly. Feeling pretty good. Bp is perfect. Just wanted a little insight & perhaps some opinions on dosing… btw this probably my 6 or 7th cycle.
Thx

Does this include not lifting weights?
I know it is a little late to not start taking AAS. But maybe for future reference.
Why, just why. How about putting some effort before the pin?
I personally think that starting at max dosages is a mistake.
It’s the same as gaining or cutting on a diet. You don’t look at a diet plan and begin by eating the same number of calories as you would in the last week of a 12 week phase.
No. Never stopped lifting
You gave no info about your body weight, or height, body fat , nothing . No goals , no age ? There are tons of dosage guidelines… how much you should take and what to take for what goal . 400 deca why? Why not 200? Joint lubrication? Or extra bloat or mass ?
Blood pressure is perfect eh? I highly highly doubt that . Unless your taking meds.
Age 34 weight 225 height 6’3”
I take beet root gummy’s. They really work!!
I’m not trying to compete or anything. Just trying to be 260 again solid. 2 years ago I felt great, looked great, but now I’m getting labs, so hopefully I can monitor everything better. Taking the deca because I got fkd up overseas & my si joint is the root of my problems. Just trying to loosen up & if that means water retention… f it
So, 35 pounds is the goal.
That’s a multi year project and I hope your bodyfat is at least down to 10% right now with that target in mind.
The most gifted bodybuilders on the planet cannot put on 35 pounds of muscle in a year. It’s closer to 6 to 8.
If he has been solid at 260lbs and he is only 34 years old, regaining that 35lbs is many times easier than gaining it from never having been there. I wouldn’t bet against him getting back to 260lbs fairly soon.
Appreciate that bub
You are assuming body composition was lean at 260 which is doubtful.
For reference, a lean 260 at 6’3” is basically Bumstead in the off season. So, to the OP, unless you are sitting at 220 in the am upon getting out of the bed with a full set of abs, it’s highly unlikely that you will hit 260 at the same body composition in one cycle.
That’s just thermodynamics. It’s not personal.
I only commented based on my personal experience. His 6’3" at 260lbs is similar to my 6’0" at 242lbs. I was about 15% body fat at 242lbs. I don’t know if you consider that lean or not, but that is about 8 weeks out of contest shape.
When I was 38 years old In decided to compete in a couple drug tested shows. I had to be off AAS for one year. I competed at about 215lbs, but not near as massive or defined as my AAS contest shape at 218lbs. The last tested show was in November and I had just turned 40 years old. I was ready to prepare to compete in the Masters Nationals Over 40 that coming summer.
I started that Sunday after the last tested show and was back to 242lbs at about 15% body fat in about 8 weeks.
Are you googling your responses? I can put on 6 pounds in a week. You need to focus on yourself before you start throwing shade & misguided nonsense to people that actually know what they’re talking about lol
Hillarous.
Any moron can eat a fuck ton of salty food, pound water and anadrol and add 6 pounds…..hell I’ve water loaded for powerlifting meets and added 12 pounds of scale weight in 8 days.
You are confusing water gain with muscle gain Maybe you should familiarize yourself with the concept of contractile tissue.
While you are on your self guided education journey, you might stumble across the swath of professional bodybuilders who track precontest into off season and back again.
If “you” can gain 6 pounds of lean tissue in a week, then you have, literally, the best genetics on the world. In which case, you would not be posting to get approval on the Reddit cycle that you are on.
And since you started the call out, why don’t you post a picture of your body composition right now and when you were 260. Let’s see that off season Bumstead physique.
6 pounds of muscle in a week…you are literally ignorant if you believe that.
But how many of these professional bodybuilders have taken a two year break off all PED’s? I know nothing about the OP, but I experienced what seemed impossibly fast return to my old “juiced” physique.
OP said that he was off AAS for two years. My comment is based solely on that point.
