Test Deca Gains

Hi Guys, Quick one, Im in week 8 of my 12 week Test 600, deca 300. used a dbol kickstart. .25 adex twice weekly.

My question is, now im in week 8, seeing great gains already, What gains would i expect to see in the next 6 weeks up until i start pct. (wk 10 stop dec, wk 12 stop test, wk 14 pct starts) My diet is spot on.

Someone was saying to me that over the next month is when i will make the most out of my gains and this is where it will show most. I was thinking i must have peaked now and surely its due to slow down.

Just your thoughts on what you all have experienced and what to expect from this cycle between week 8 and 14 when pct starts?

It’s mostly individual. If diet and training are good then muscle mass increase is linear until it’s not. You have to make sure that your diet is reflective of new calorie requirements. Meaning if you’ve put on xlbs so far then your 500 calorie surplus is not as much of a surplus as it was eight weeks ago. I think a lot of guys stall out because they fail to adjust for this mid-cycle. If you start to see things level off then add some more calories. Other than that you just have to see at what point you hit a plateau.
