Test/Deca Cruise and Deload Training

Hey gents, I’m cruising as of now but was curious as to when to schedule my “deloading week” of training. (Week of lowered, sets or reps or just 20% lighter weight) Since off “heavy” gear, I didn’t think I needed to deload during cruise, since I prob need to be working harder without heavy gear, maybe a few more 2 a days a week. Should I schedule my deload training when my next cycle kicks in? That way I have some gear help when my training lessens? Maybe help me keeps gains? I’m super scared of losing gains and strength, I know it prob wouldn’t happen in one week but my swole-arexia kicks in and I get terrified.:pleading_face:Any help would be much appreciated!
