Hey gents, I’m cruising as of now but was curious as to when to schedule my “deloading week” of training. (Week of lowered, sets or reps or just 20% lighter weight) Since off “heavy” gear, I didn’t think I needed to deload during cruise, since I prob need to be working harder without heavy gear, maybe a few more 2 a days a week. Should I schedule my deload training when my next cycle kicks in? That way I have some gear help when my training lessens? Maybe help me keeps gains? I’m super scared of losing gains and strength, I know it prob wouldn’t happen in one week but my swole-arexia kicks in and I get terrified.
Any help would be much appreciated!
