Update
Five days into of week 6 of 10, five days since starting Dbol
Pumps are insane. Dbol is ramping things up already.
40 mg at 5:10 am, ~30 minutes prior to workout
10 mg at lunch
Thinking about 30 mg first thing before workout then 10mg at lunch and 10mg at dinner to space things out… thoughts?
Idk if extremely heavy training is required for a natural, rather progressive overload should be a key element. One can continually increase weight over time using a 10-12 rep range and still increase muscle mass. 1-3RM isn’t nesecary whether on gear or not, however naturally a greater emphasis on compound movements is less time consuming and more efficient, however this ideology I’ve always employed. I find deadlifts, squats, leg press, rowing, pulldowns/pullups, dips and DB presses to make up the brunt of my training. I personally don’t OHP as my shoulder joints don’t like it, I don’t bench press often (2-4 sets per week to maintain and increase BP strength) as my shoulders really don’t like it, as a matter fo fact due to hypermoblity and being prone too sublaxation within my shoulders all pressing movements (aside from dips interestingly) place great strain on my shoulders, leading to a highly painful burning sensation and stiffness lasting for 3-5 days post chest day), nandrolone was the only thing I’ve ever taken. that amoreliated this sensation, that and opiate pain medication.
I think an individual simply has to find out what works for him. For instance the only form of isolation I typically employ within my training routine involves training for arms and shoulders, as my arms severely lack behind everything, my back and chest overshadow everything else as despite my small frame I am a very broad individual. Isolation employed for shoulders in place of shoulder pressing, occasionally a DB shoulder press will be employed however.

Week 9
4 weeks into Dbol stack. Pumps are pretty crazy.
Weight at 228 lbs, no change since starting Dbol.
Strength has improved a lot… squat the other day got 315x9 slow, solid deep reps and finished at 365x4. Deadlift saw 405x3 reverse grip, rep 365x5 with ease.
I think since week 4 I started a small injury at right side head of pectoral muscle into shoulder doing inclines with 100 dbells… really a drag because I can rep it out very controllably but god it hurts after (not like a good hurt, like it’s unstable and something is about to give) so I’ve been keeping weight lower like around 90 but flat and decline instead. Anyways, I’ve seen progress and hope to maintain throughout PCT… will post pictures through PCT.
Bruh how tall are you? I imagine a 7ft giant
holy shit, THIS is what DBOL does to you? Surely such extreme accruations in muscular mass over such a short period of time can’t be sustainable?

I am serious, there’s a large difference in the masculenature within his shoulders, arms, back, neck and traps (4wk difference supposedly).

If you perform pressing movements keeping your elbows close to your body, it removes the strain from your shoulders. Have you tried that? I ended up with lifters shoulder once. When i resumed pressing, it helped me bench without pain.

I’m 6’3”. Camera angle may be making me look taller? I know camera angle helps with other illusions, my wife doesn’t fall for those anymore though…

Yea man I told you pumps are insane. Vascularity has gone through the roof. I’m also close to having an aneurism from flexing in these pics… but dude honestly Dbol has been crazy. I’ve also been eating like crazy. When I eat more the Dbol shows more, it works THAT quick. It’s crazy how much diet matters. Fuck protein shakes literally whole food protein is where it’s at. Also, the pumps in my lats from pull downs have been the scariest. After pull ups and pull downs I can’t barely put my hand on my hip.
@theinneroh
^This. Dude I couldnt agree more keeping elbows in has Made a huge difference. I figured it out too late though and haven’t let it heal enough.

Just wait until you’re showering and washing your hair and you get an intense cramp in your bicep from the simple task of washing your damn hair my God does that hurt. That happened to me on only one drug, and it’s debilitating (and sadly also my favorite drug). You’ll get pumps and cramps and pains in places you didn’t know existed on certain orals.

yes, I’ve done/do this, I have significant structural abnormalities present within one of my shoulders (birth defect, born very premature…), said shoulder takes significant strain/pain (and is always painful)
Update
1 week off gear, have already noticed change coming off off the DBol
Although hit a PR for squats this am… 315 for 12 reps… didn’t feel like a good day during first couple warm up sets but miraculously pumped that out, previous PR of 315 for 9 reps.
I’ll post some pics next week at start of Nolva PCT
What changes per se? A decrease in strength, mood/cognition, aesthetics (loss of water, sodium and glycogen?)
@unreal24278
Mostly changes in water retention, not as bloated. Decreased vascularization. No change in mood. Appetite has decreased somewhat. Strength hasn’t changed, has increased somewhat actually but probably still have test cyp circulating. I would assume I’ve lost significant water weight although I haven’t weighed yet I will tomorrow and update.
2 weeks into PCT (4 weeks post last injection)
Started PCT two weeks after last injection, 40mg nolva daily, last two weeks of PCT started yesterday and will be 20mg daily.
Significant loss in weight, down to 213 (highest during cycle was 230). Have kept about 80-85% of strength gain. Sure do miss those DBOL pumps. Most of all I miss the recovery… MUCH more fatigued day after heavy lifts, back to normal rest periods between workouts.
Diet has remained the same. Will update once PCT is done.
Also, Nolva has mu acne breaking out bad lol

Was the highest weight by chance on dbol? I tried the stuff, put on 4 glycogen filled kilos in 1.5 weeks (20mg/day) lost 3 when I came off
@unreal24278 I’d actually say most was from the test cyp, but definitely 5-10 lbs was from DBOL. I guess I was holding more water than I thought.
Is that your natural hair growth pattern or is that user designed?
