Confirmed 30 lb jump in bench max at minimum. Don’t really max a whole lot, but after jumping 10-15 lbs on each of my rep sets, decided on my 6th set to try a new max. 345 like butter. F-yes💪

I’m assuming that was a typo and you were meaning AI. I have Arimidex O/H, but I have listened to my body and I have not busted it out, and feel I won’t need to at 500/wk. I’ll probably save it for round 2 at 600-750/wk if needed.

Experiment with yourself, only add in what you NEED bro.

Hit 214 on the scales, +3 more lbs for about 16 total with 5 weeks left on cycle. Stupid swole and stupid strong.

Well my peeps, last pin of the 15 wk cycle this morning. Going to hit maxes on all lifts I can today. Tightened up my diet and I am current at 212 lbs. that is a 21 lb gain in 15 weeks, and not garbage weight. I am super effing happy with my first experience, and have many of you on here to thank, as I researched and read the “dos and do nots” prior to lift off. I’ll get some update physic pics tonight, but in 15 weeks, definitely went superhuman. Only scratch I’ve had was on deadlift, after a full back day, pulling 545, after completing 515, just got too aggressive.
