Hi all. Anyone run a cycle like this with good success. Body stat’s. 44 years old 175cm tall, 78kg about 8% BF. Blood work run regularly as have been on TRT for about 7 years. Test sittingat 49 and free test 1800. I understand eq is slow and not a mass gainer. Didn’t want to run it to high, due to kidney damage. Currently on 3200 calories. Slightly above maintenance as not to put on BF. Lifting 5 x week. At or near failure.
In week 4, body stats haven’t really changed. Do I just need to keep grinding and hope gains aren’t too far away, or should I make some adjustments. Cheers
At 4 weeks the compounds haven’t reached full saturation in your blood yet.
You have 2 paragraphs here but very limited info. Your labs mean nothing without ranges. You don;t say how long your running the compounds. What type of kidney damage? What caused it. Would not be running the var for more than 4-6 week and would prob run it later in the cycle when lifts stall.
And EQ is great for building mass if your training heavy and eating to grow. If your truly 8%bf you should do yourself a favor and eat more than “just above maintenance”. You have some room there. 0 reason to be that lean when trying to grow. Your limiting yourself.
Planning to run Test c and Eq for 16 weeks, stop Anavar after 6 weeks. Have 6 weeks off it then maybe run again for last 4 weeks.

Have cystatin c Test, waiting results. No know kidney problems, just know that eq can effect kidneys.
Was looking for advice to keep Test and eq 1:1 or possibly bump the test up to 500-600 and keep eq at 300. I have also just jumped calories up to 3350. Had been reverse dieting out of a cut, hence sitting at 8% and didn’t want to just smashed the cals and add too much body fat.
