Terrible Diet Cravings During PCT

My diet has gone down the toilet since i started PCT. I"m trying to fight it but it is overwhelmingly difficult.

I’ve had a sharp craving for ice cream, and junk food lately. Does this happen to any of you? What are some tricks or routines you guys get into to stay on a decent diet while you’re on PCT?

You’re on a hormone roller coaster, so that’s not a surprising development. Think about a woman on her period and how sometimes they get all sorts of cravings or excessive hunger. Hormones can control basically everything inside of us, so it’s bound to have an effect on your diet. Try to power through it. Just because you have a craving does t mean you have to give in to it.
