Temperature: 96.5

KS - Wanted give a big shout out to you for all of the information you provide on here. I’ve had several symptoms of low T/thyroid issues for years now (I’m 30). I found the T replacement forum and read through all the stickies and many of your posts, and based off of your information on here, I just went out and bought an oral thermometer. I just took my first reading at 9pm and my temperature was 96.5 …will be monitoring every morning now and I think I’ll order some iodoral.

Next step after that is to get some lab work done. Here we go…

EDIT: I’ll put the basic info in here now even though I don’t have the labs yet:

  • 30 yrs old
  • 6’2"
  • 34" waist
  • 203 lbs
  • Mostly full facial hair, some chest hair
  • Starting to carry more fat in pecs
  • No drug use
  • Trained as an athlete for years, lifting, sprinting etc. Swtiched to 5/3/1 and the like over the last few years.
  • Low libido. Morning wood is rare. I usually don’t have trouble getting it up on the spot, but have trouble maintaining it.
  • Never really used iodized salt until the last couple weeks.

Overall, I’m tired all the time, no energy. Bad brain fog, sometimes it’s difficult to follow a conversation because I forget what the person just said.

Labs to follow…
