In the real world that kind of gain is not really all that bad. There’s obviously ALOT of wasted time needed in my opinion to find something effective. 4yrs may seem like alot but at that age when no one’s advice is good enough and you need to prove yourself wrong…

Well…I’m 40 though! When I was a scrawny 14yr old I didn’t have the internet and relied on bodybuilding magazines and underestimated nutrition. I think it takes time to find out how to be efficient

Your point is still VERY valid that this kid still does not yet have a solid foundation and not yet understanding what is needed to make appropriate gainz. His workout looks like it is copy and pasted from a gay male model’s routine; supersets and WAY too many isolation exercises

This “lil premadonna” needs a couple yrs of steak, eggs, chicken, whole milk, complex carbs and 5 X 5 training with no more than just VERY basic lifts; squats, deadlifts, chins, pullups, rows, bench press, dips, OHP’s, very little to no specific arm work and definitely NO rear delt work or concentration curls, LMFAO!!!
