I’m pretty sure you said this quite a few months back…yet you are still deadlifting the same weight and pretty much the same size??

maybe…

just maybe…

you should…

stop thinking you know everything about training and dieting and learn from people who know what they’re talking about! But honestly if you think eggs, meat, and butter are all you need and forget some basics like…idk…oats, rice, potatoes, then please, please stop training people. [/quote]

Fact #3.14159265: Weightlifters can replace oats, rice, and potatoes with butter and lard to achieve the same results.

I use potatoes and sour-dough bread for carbs. But for bulking, I’d rather eat more fat.

And I didn’t say big guys don’t know what they’re saying because they just got big due to genetics; I said that THOSE guys at my gym are very obtuse, ignorant, and have no idea what’s dangerous and what’s not (i.e. chins for someone skinny, DLs with a straight back for a beginner)

Dude, if you think a deadlift is “easier” for a newb than a dumbbell row, then you have no idea what is “dangerous or not” either.

Chins are dangerous??? Ok hahah you said those “bullys” at your gym are around 200lbs.
Well I’m bigger than them so you may not take my advice either.

No they are not. Stop using Universal rules for humans in the gym. Not everyone fits a mold. I’m a big guy and can do pull ups for days. Why because I did them when I was small a Kid and never stop. Now days they tell kids to just hang. I was stronger in some ways than in others I did and do not fit Your Universal rules.

Please Stop.

^ If I miss-read your Post I’m sorry but my point stands. You can not put everyone into a one size fits all mold.
I know some damn strong small guys and some average for there size big guys.

He specifically said “those guys at my gym”. While it’s probably not accurate or true…he didn’t mean you.

I agree with the rest though.

EDIT : I see you had misread, so, nevermind for what I just said.

Self-righteous and self-oblivious…

kewl

You can’t call it “bulking” if you’re not gaining weight.
