Deads - 1 quick single at 80%, one heavy session conventional and deficit at 88%, and one good technique session with pause pulls working up to a double at 80%.
All accessories feeling good. Pulling strength good and ticking over nicely. Want to include more OH pressing, but probably in an accessory lift role for now. Floor press is the big back off lift for bench for the next couple of weeks, although the Suttcliffe press today felt like it’d be helpful in working on tightness.
Successful first week back hitting the comp. lifts for DMs. Plan for next couple of weeks will be comp lifts DMs 5 days a week and a lighter variation the other 2 sessions.
