Team Prof-X Mission Statement:
Put on some hyooge muscle while maintaining our abs.
Eat clean, keeping cals less than 1,500 cals/day so we can stay ripped.
Not lifting heavy to avoid getting “bulky”.
Watch “Fight Club” at least once/week.
Play rap,wear our caps sideways and backwards, and make sure that the name of our designer underwear show over the top of our baggy shorts for greater “babe appeal”.

His abs aren’t developed yet, so he’s decided to go on a long-term modified V-Diet until his abs show.
The modification he made to the diet was that he’s only going to use 1/4 the amount of protein because he heard that too much protein is bad for him, and he’s also eliminating all fats because, well it’s obvious that fats make you fat.
