Team America

Please guys, tell me that y’all have already seen, or are planning to see this kick-ass movie. It roasts both political sides pretty good, and I thought it was friggin’ hilarious.

One warning though: this is definitely NOT a movie to let your kids see, if you care at all about “naughty language” or “mature situations”. I have to admit, watching two puppets do the “piledriver” was funny as hell.

The political commentary made by the lead character at the end is priceless!

I’m waiting for “Ray” to come out. Team America, while it’s probably is funny as hell, can wait.

I have a friend that saw an early viewing of “Ray” and said it was phenomenal.

Aww, JZ! You don’t know what you’re missing, man! It’s worth every penny of your $8 or whatever to see this thing. I mean, how can you go wrong with a theme song like this:

“America… FUCK YEAH! We’re goin’ in to save the motherfuckin’ day!”

The South Park guys – Trey Parker and Matt Stone – are geniuses.

I want to see this movie. Parker and Stone are comedy geniuses.

I get all my political beliefs from watching cartoons.

Yeah, it sounds great. The fact is, the wife and I have to be a little picky about what we see when we actually get the chance to get away from our kids. We see that opportunity about once a month if we’re luck, so I’d pick an Oscar performance over a good laugh.

It’s not that I don’t want see it. Don’t get me wrong. I was first in line at the Bevis and Butthead movie and the Southpark movie.

It’s hilarious – it skewers everything in typical Stone and Parker fashion. Mostly, I think, it skewers old adventure-type movies and TV series from the 70s and early 80s, but there are some good current political skewers in there as well.
