Yeah dude you are probably right. I have done deads to my max everytime I have done them for the last 4 or 5 weeks maybe more. I will do them light for the next three times I do them and then go back to maxing on them for a little.
Anyway yesterday went in and did a little much for a chest day but had a lot of extra energy so I did some extra.

5min tread
smith machine flat bench 10,10,6,3,3
decline flys 3 sets of 10 progressive weight
standing military press 4 sets 10 progressive
tricep press down 3 sets 12 progressive
decline crunches 2 sets 20
machine incline close grip bench 3 sets 15 light wieght
15 min tread half walking at 3.3mph 6.0incline half sprint/walk

Tuesday I will probably do a really light bench and squat day.
