Again; something we’ve talked a LOT about on “PWI” before…the Election Process is probably one of the most brutal things one can go through. And while it can bring out the strengths of a candidate…all too often it reveals their weaknesses.
So far, the GOP candidates have been in relatively friendly territory…but that is all about to change. What I’ve seen of Perry and Romney are guys that seem like they can withstand the scrutiny and microscope of a campaign…but I’ve just felt the opposite with Bachmann.
Inteviews on a fairly “benign” show like “Face the Nation” shows that she can be rattled too easily. That doesn’t bode well for her once she is under the microscope of a brutal campaign.
Maybe that will all change over the next few months.
