Actually I am still trying to catch up from the astronomical inflation, coupled with no increase in living I experienced during the Bush administration.
Is it OK with you if I wait for those things to happen before I protest the government?
Probably not. Obama is a Deomcrat.

My point? I’m tired of seeing Obama’s race used as a weapon.
I heave heard this repeated on one side of the political spectrum, but I do not see where race is used as a weapon. I don’t think the president really needs a weapon. He is the president after all.
Can you provide examples of what has exhausted you? This is just a cheap baseless attack typical of the right without sources to backup the premise.
Really? No, really? Have you been asleep? We have an ex-President pulling this crap. Mainstream media making a carefully edited video of a rifle toting black man out to be an example of the horde of white racist militia showing up at these things. In this very thread we see these folks being likened to Jim Crow wannabes. Yet, you ask for an example? Wake up!
Sloth Limbaugh,
I am sorry I was not more specific:
Provide sources
It is so typical of the right to make broad sweeping generalizations with no facts behind them. I am not saying you are doing that, but I am asking you to provide sources.
lol!! This was really funny, and quite sad at the same time. A giant leftist acussing the right of baseless accusations. “hello, pot?, this is kettle…you’re black” Oops, you’ll probably misconstrue that as a racist remark. Hahahahaha! Whatever. You’re either willfully ignorant, or you’ve been living under a rock. The left has been consistently doing this for a while.
I’m coaching my son’s football team this year, and have quite a talented, speedy halfback who can cut and run like nobody’s business. Guess who my go to kid is when I’m third and long? Well, the race card is the left’s speedy little half back when they’re third and long. It’s consistently been their go to play. A little time on a search engine could easily cure the ignorance which so totally affects your thought process.
Now give me a lap you turd…

I suppose we will assume Jimmy Carter represents the entire left side of politics.
If that is the case, I present to you the right side of the political spectrum:
Glenn Beck on Barack Obama: “This guy is, I believe, a racist” “Deep seeded hatred for white people.” " This guy(Obama) has a problem with white people. He is a racist."
A Deck Full of Race Cards
by Gary Bauer
10/10/2008
Really? Before Obama even took office he was using race to beat people in opposition of his policies he instituted as president?
Looking at the opinion piece, I see this:
McCainâ??s reference to Obama as â??that oneâ?? during Tuesday nightâ??s debate was taken by a number of leftwing journalists as proof that McCain is running a dishonorable campaign.
Referring to Obama as “that one” was not racial and I never heard it called racial. It is just disrespectful, and derogatory.
What about the racist signs and comments at Teabagger rallies exhorting Obama to “go back to Kenya”? Those are allegedly just tiny numbers of people. How many such signs, along with those containing swastikas next to a picture of Obama, are visible in shots shown on television?
When I present this as representing the right wing of politics, I am told that these are just a few. now you republicans come forward and present some examples of what would you would call “people on the fringe,” but it touted as a serious issue and not dismissed as easily. This is flat out hypocritical.
Not only are the numbers at these rallies much greater than the Republicans admit. This begs another question.
Remember how quick Republicans were to paint any anti-war rally conducted by progressives as un-American if they could find a sign or two or obtain a comment from a radical?
If those protesting at Teabagger rallies are truly out of synch with the sea of sign holders and shouters, then why blend in with those elements that are obviously numerous if they are opposed to the ideology and spirit of what is occurring?
Nice. Same link as above. If I had done this, I would be called names and attacked by a plethora of angry T-Nation zealots, but you are obviously republican and that is OK with them.
Lets not forget, Barrack the magic negro.
Wasn’t this played by Limbaugh?
Didn’t Chip Saltsman send a CD of this song to the GOP?
And the headline in the Washington Post reads: “GOP split on Magic Negro song about Obama.”
http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/front/6183092.html
Split on whether Barrack the magic negro song is appropriate in Washington DC politics. THAT MAKES SENSE.

This is interesting. The link is from the link you provided. It alleges to be a violent protest, but I did not see any violence. Not even a questionable sign like those I saw at the recent 9/12 rally hosted by Fox and freedom Works.

This is damned childish and you know it. Tiller’s killer was a fundy Christian. The museum shooter was and old racist bastard. A small handful of people hardly represent a full half of the political spectrum. I hardly blame the entire left wing for the acts of the Unibomber. I don’t assume all of “the left” laughed and had parties while watching that movie where they assasinate Bush. You’ve got this cartoonish vision of your political enemies. In so doing you are never going to taken seriously.
OKAY. I will agree this is the fringe people that I am presenting as representative of the whole…if you can provide examples of individuals on the left performing atrocities of equal caliber during Bush’s reign.
I don’t assume what follows is every liberal. Otherwise I’d be afraid of my nice neighbors who share their veggies with us, or I wouldn’t shop at the co-op. I’m in a liberal bastion here. However, I’ve yet to have a Republican be anything but cordial to me with the exception of some college kids who yelled at my truck as they drove by and saw my Ron Paul sign. I was however yelled at and sworn at at the county fair in front of my 8 month old daughter because I had a "no socialized medicine"sticker. I’ve been flipped off repeatedly by people with liberal bumper stickers. I’ve been yelled at in the grocery store and told I’m compensating for my small penis because I had a pistol on my hip. I’ve been yelled at during a senseless tirade against Bush during a debate I was asked to attend by a local human rights group about Iraq. I didn’t even say anything about Bush. (probably because I didn’t like him)
Frankly the only supposed group of people who have been more abusive to me than liberals have been the police. Either way I don’t see “left wingers” as evil. I think they’re policies are well-intentioned and misguided. I think most of them are very nice people and will continue to judge them by their idealogical differences rather than group them all to attack them on as being a hive-mind of crazy fanatics.

Obama has been in office for what, about 8 months? Bush was in office for 8 years and was largely unpopular.
The time Obama has been in office pales in comparison to the time Bush was in office, but you cannot name one atrocity committed by the left during Bush reign on terror that is even close to those that have been committed by the right.
You call it childish because it does not fit your argument and one sided political mindset. it is a fact. Perhaps you should recognize that.

Yes taxes went down 8 bucks a paycheck…for you. My state income and SALES taxes went up in CA so they did not go down overall, and the freakoid representatives like Queen Pelosi, Waxman, Bover etc are strangling California taxpayers and are central to the healthcare debate.
Throw in my new Forced Healthcare costs, Cap and Trade taxes on products and energy, and I’m out an extra 3-5 K at least…and so are you!
Don’t tell me my taxes went down…and if they did
5,000 minus 16 bucks a month for 12 months (192 WHOPPERS BABY OHH YEAH!)is 4,808 of extra TAXES on me.

Unfortunately, I refrained from calling names until this post despite being run through the gambit by nearly every right wing whack job here. I give as I receive, and I have received quite a lashing, so i am returning the favor. If name calling bothers you, then perhaps you should have spoken up when I was being called every name in the book. But then again, I was being called names for supporting a liberal agenda, and liberal recollection of history.
Yes, quite serious. in fact, my energy prices, and grocery bill more than doubled during the Bush years. I have attached an image for clarification. I realize Bush is a Republican so I am sure the sky rocketing prices were my imagination in your book.
Nate Silver states that taxes have gone done for 98.6% of the population.
"Likewise with the tax reductions in the stimulus which collectively made up $288 billion, or about 37 percent of the package. Most of those tax cuts are targeted at individuals. And while the they aren’t terribly deep, they are impressively broad.
The broadest tax cut in the stimulus package is the “Making Work Pay” tax credit, worth about $116.2 billion (see the Urban Brookings Tax Policy Center for this and other figures) and applicable to the vast majority of working Americans. Indeed, all single filers making less than $95,000 and all joint filers making less than $190,000 are eligible for this tax cut. Most of them, in fact, are already receiving it in the form of lower withholding on their paychecks.
http://www.fivethirtyeight.com/2009/08/obama-has-cut-taxes-for-986-percent-of.html
This tax credit will be calculated at a rate of 6.2 percent of earned income and will phase out for taxpayers with modified adjusted gross income in excess of $75,000, or $150,000 for married couples filing jointly.
I assume you are referencing articles by places like the Wall Street Journal, and the Heritage Foundation. Both of which are known right wing think tanks, more so the Heritage foundation. In fact, every source I have come across criticizing American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009 (ACES) has a known right wing bias.
The fact is, criticism of the bill increasing energy costs is nothing more than speculation at this point.
This seems like a good thing:
“Protects consumers from energy price increases. According to estimates from the Environmental Protection Agency, the reductions in carbon pollution required by the legislation will cost American families less than a postage stamp per day.”
http://energycommerce.house.gov/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=1560&Itemid=1
However, the American Petroleum Institute has this to say about the bill:
The bill will place a disproportionate burden on all consumers of gasoline, diesel fuel, heating oil, jet fuel, propane and other petroleum products, and by 2035, it would cause gasoline prices in excess of $4.00 per gallon by today’s standards.
I would like to say they are not biased, but I cannot honestly say that.
Additionally, you are not paying 3-5 more for anything currently. Complaining about what might be, and could be according to the Heritage Foundation illustrates your bias.
Is there really any point in debating with someone that wishes to complain about something that has not even happened?
You ask me to get real, but you are citing as fact something that has not even happened but is caused by a bill that has not even made it through the Senate.
