TCam's Log - Get Strong(er)

Nikki: Thanks for the support, but it was kind of a shitty day at the gym. I got the sets done but it wasn’t as explosive as I would have liked it to have been. The decision to do sprints was also based on my crazy roommate getting back and me not needing to get shot, so I left the apt to do that.

No, I haven’t competed yet, but I’m 99% sure that I will be competing in 2011, unless someone convinces me to do one this year ;). I’d like to get a 405 bench, 550 deadlift, and 450 squat relatively soon though.

I’m going to start filming my lifts anyway, jahall would be the one filming. So you’ll both get to watch as much of me as you want.

Almond butter/strawberry/Ezekiel bread and a piece of dark chocolate. I made this just because you said that. But, I’m going to eat it, sorry. I made it as sweet as I could with what I had at my disposal. :confused:

Now here’s something sweet.

Vanilla ice cream, bananas foster, walnuts, chocolate sauce. Bad picture, great taste.

Nothing died, that’s just tons of chocolate sauce my friend, tons of chocolate sauce. And I cook my bananas in brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon so it doesn’t add to the neatness.

No marshmallows though. I only like them in smores.

We took out the prowler today. Fuck that thing. I got four 50 yard sprints with 100 lbs added and I wanted to die. I’ll try again when it’s not my off day and my hips aren’t killing me.

Thanks, I agree. I’m going to skip from 365 up to 380 next time probably instead of having the other two in there. But they were PR’s anyway.

Haha, I’m pretty sure I confessed that on the day that I did the 455 though. Maybe not.

Yeah, I ate pretty well today. Another day until the roommate moves out, so I won’t have to feel like I can’t be in the kitchen without the cops potentially being called. lol
