Tbol - How Long, Got the Flu..

Whats a good length to run Tbol?

I started Tbol and T400 Dec 17, 2013

I am running T400 - 1cc M,W,F
and Tbol 50mg/day, off days I only took 30 mg in the morning. Got sick for almost two weeks with the flu that was going around here about three weeks in.

So I’m all messed up with my cycle length.
About two weeks ago I just started feeling my strength, mass and vascularity increasing and am just about done my second bottle of tbol, and on my third bottle of T400. I planned on coming off the T400 end of Feb anyways, going back on my cruise till June then another blast.

Should I just stop the Tbol now, or crack another bottle?

How many cycles have you ran? Your running a shit ton of gear and asking some very basic newbie questions.

Because of not being able to eat or train for those two weeks while deathly sick, do I extend my cycle or call it a loss? … I’ve run quite a few cycles… not much experience with orals… never Tbol…

That’s my question…

I’m 34, blasting and cruising for over a year. I figured since I cruise on 200 mg/wk, bumping my blast up with T400 (250mg enth, 150mg deconate) isn’t considered a shit ton of gear. It’s 750mg Enthanate really, and 450 mg deconate… by the time the two are totally spiked in my blood its a short period of time at full strength. And using 200mg/wk already as a cruise I figured its not that huge of a increase since there mixed esters. I threw in the Tbol because I’ve never used orals and it seemed pretty low in risk and I figured a great addition for a winter bulk.

I just gave 400ml of blood and feel like a million bucks this week. Strength and vascularity is threw the roof and lean muscle gains are nice. I just deadlifted 440lbs with the trap bar, flat benched 275lbs, deep squatting with 335lbs for sets with all. I’m 6 feet tall, 205 lbs and 11bf… I used to believe I was an ectomorph, lol

You said your taking T400 1ml on Mon/ Wed/ Fri that’s 1200mg a week and Tbol. That’s 1000mg extra a week and a oral compared to your 200mg of week. Also you need figure out your training and nutriton. You have been B + C for a damn year and your 200lbs at 6’0"… That’s sad man very sad and for that much gear your lifts are pretty low man very ill even say. You need to reassess your whole program.

I’ve been on these forums, reading countless articles.I don’t know what else I could possibly do… I’m sure I’m going to gain another 10-15 lbs at least in the next 14-25 days before I’m off. The H1N1 flu I had was killer. tried to keep eating but just shit or puked it all out. Appetite is back and I eat well over 4500 cal’s on my worst day. My metabolism is extremely fast and I do what I can to keep eating. These lifts are pretty heavy for a long limbed individual, I mean Im in a few different gyms throughout each month and not many people deadlifting or squatting fuck all. Especially 6 foot plus.

What would you recommend?

Eat more period flat if your not gaining your not eating enough. I dobt give a damn how fast your metabolism there is a number of calories to eat and gain so find it.

Are you serious man your using long arms and legs as a excuse for having subpar numbers. That’s sad there numerous champion power lifters who have long limbs lol. Brandon Lilly, Eric Lilliebridge hell all the Lilliebridges, Curt Dennis all are 6 foot or taller just to name a very small few. So that’s piss poor excuse. Also man you do realize at all these gyms your traveling around to the guys your “stronger” than are most likely not on 1200+ mg of gear a week and I can guarantee almost not a one have been B&Cing for over a year. So congratulations your running enough drugs to have your test levels 5+ times a normal man and your as strong as one who naturally has spent a year in the gym.

Argue and justify it how ever you want I’m not trying to discourage you or make you give up or just feel bad but your wasting your gear and your wasting your time. I am running about the same amount of stuff as you and have been B+Cibg for barely a year now and am relatively lean 215 at 5ft 6 with a damn near 600/300/600 total. Some thing your doing is off and unless your gear is complete garbage its your training, nutrition, recovery or most likely a combination of the above.

I’m totally not using it as an excuse. I’m letting you know im a lanky guy. Both my brothers are two years younger than me, and each other and are 135 lbs each. When I graduated high school I was 138 lbs. I did 3 years in prison and came out 197 lbs natural but higher bf, lol… learned a little more in the gym and finally broke that plateau I was in for years. I’ve busted my ass in the gym to get to my size, I don’t think you understand a very fast ectomorphic metabolism.

Twice as hard to put on size. Not an excuse, just a fact. Plus try to be active, get swollen temples from chewing so much, basically always eating while awake. I don’t sissy squat, I deadlift, I train heavy. I’ll be 210 lbs in no time, most likely more. Subtract the 10 days I was sick, and two days to get back on track I’m only 5 weeks in.

I’m a tick under 6’1", very big difference to 5’6" for lifting. These aren’t my 1 rep max’s either, and I’m not a powerlifter.

My test and vitamin D were low coming out of prison. At 200 mg/wk I’m 24.4 on a range of 8.4-28.8, and my 25-Hydroxy Vitamin D is still 73 on a range of 75-250… that’s 4000iu of D3 a day. I recently got vitamin D2 @ 50 000iu’s I take once a week and I still take 1000iu’s of D3 6x a week, hopefully that helps…

I couldn’t get over 20% bf if I ate mcdonalds 3x a day everyday for a year to put it in perspective.

Today I squatted 325lbs for 3 sets of 7, leg press 1150 lbs 3 sets of 6, Romanian DL 225 lbs 3 sets of 8 plus the rest of my workout. my lifts are increasing weekly.
Today I was 206 lbs, veiny as hell…
