TB-500 without BPC-157

Wondering if anyone has used TB – 500 solo and your experience with it. I know recommendations are BPC – 157 along with TB – 500 but in all the research I’ve done (which is extensive) TB – 500 seems more appropriate for my situation as it’s not one specific tendon/ligament/joint but, rather, the entire right side of my back. Its more systemic/less localized healing properties are what I’m looking for.
I don’t want to clutter this up with unnecessary information so if there’s something I left out, ask away. Thank you.

BPS is body protective compound. It is systemic and will travel around looking for inflammation//soft tissue type injury and help repair. It works great.
Think of TB as a mesh that helps repair injury like torn muscle or tendon. It is typically injected right at the injury.

For what your describing I think BPC would be more appropriate.
I have always used both in concert for more inflammatory type issues that may have micro tearing.
