If you’re a guy, tank tops are for the beach or pool, (although I did wear one to a bbq on a 100 degree day once it was too hot for anything that wasn’t real loose). But it shouldn’t be a wife beater, only a loose tank with some kind of logo or design on it. The only 2 tanks I have are beer shirts (Corona and Kalik).
Wife beaters in public are for skinny posers.

Hahaha, some of all are hilarious. I wear them all the time. If it’s hot, I have one on, except if at work. I have no problem going in public with one on, as I have many. I have the ones I train in, and ones that I don’t. It’s too damn hot here not to wear one.
Tank top or tube top?
Hmmm?- Well, when patronizing some of the finer dining establishments, I prefer the tanktop. This allows me the freedom of movement that I desire in a finely coifeured garment, with the added convenience of using it as a napkin.
The tube top is definately more conducive to a spicey evening on the drag strip, fixing the tranny, or just an elegant evening with “friends”.
Not that there is anything wrong with that…
Having to ask though, thats just straight up gay.

note it is bloody hot down here, in summer, a tank top is TOO MUCH to wear. even at night.
if i wear a singlet my wife says i look like a truckie and i cop much abuse and am not allowed to wear it out of the house, tank top is the minimum
i have one that is large but it is way too small and my wife says i look like a woman wearing that poofy top
