STRENGTH WORK
Switched up the deadlift today as training in a gym without a trap bar.
Squat felt clean as a whistle.
Progressing the bench more slowly now as my wrist is shot.
Keeping chins out for a while to give my elbows some peace and quiet.

Quick one today as I was getting my car valeted then had to go and see my mum. Hone workout today.
Interestingly enough it was pretty easy. Didnāt really go into the dark zone.

Tough wee bastard of a workout today
Having to take a break from chins due to elbow issues so thought I would throw in some pulldowns to keep that back shape Iāve come to know and love over the yearsā¦
Fuck knows what that HR spike is all about. Must have been a glitch.
Kept the running pace up.
Hard sauna afterwards. Was struggling with that.

Yes mate. My dad stayed there for 18 odd years.
Spent a lot of time in Helsinki and Tampere
Iām pretty often in Tampere doing work-related stuff, weird to think that we couldnāve met at some point

STRENGTH WORK
Total disaster of a day
Tweaked my back FUCKING HARD on the last set of squats.
Have pains shooting down the left leg now and can hardly stand straight
Currently lying on the couch with a hot water bottle on my back
To make matters worse I had to help my aunt move house straight after the gym which has made my back a shit ton worse
Hopefully things get better over the weekend
Far out everyone around here is getting injured. Heal up soon man

Cheers lads. Not the end of the world.
Planning to do some upper body work this week to keep myself active.
Will also do incline treadmill walks to keep the heart healthy and mind occupied.

Have switched it up a little
Ok when I say a little I mean Iāve program hopped.
Decided to take a break from TB for a while to give the back a rest
Decided to hop on the Best Damn Workout planā¦
Just for some variety and to take the stress off my back.
However doing RDLs probably wasnāt the best fucking idea in the worldā¦
However they actually felt OKAY.
Had a 30 minute treadmill walk to keep the cardio ticking over.
Gonna roll with this program until I get bored then most likely do another BB block

Front squats were dicing with death. Felt hard as fuck however I think that was down to me being a panic merchant and thinking my spine was going to combust.
I am dommed out of my skull right now was well. Upper back is feeling a bit nippy as are my hammies. They feel like elevator cables.
Wee sauna to top things off as well. Face is as red as a baboons arse as I type this
