How do you like the high-rep front squats? I was never able to progress at that exercise until I started doing them with low reps; a T-Nation article I forget by who clued me into the rep range change.
Pretty straight forward to be honest. The usual grind at the end of the set, wee bit of wrist pain and upper back almost giving out before the the legs.
However a lot less taxing on the lower back than back squats.
I havenāt done a back squat since I fucked my back in during the first half of the year. They really give my right wrist a ton of grief as well.
Btw that workout earlier on fucking rinsed me out. I also had to do 2 spin classes the day.
Inspired me to throw some front squats into my āwhatever I feel likeā session at the weekend.
