I have some questions about T3, not for my own use (I am very happy at being arouns the 10% mark) but for a female friend of mine. I wont post her details because it would all be ball park figures, but I would agree that she does have a reasonable amount of excess body fat (she is not huge).
She runs 4 times a week and on any day she does not run she does a body weight exercises, her diet is good and she is about 25yrs old. I am trying to help her out so well here are my questions.

I have read in a couple of places that at dose’s below 12.5mcg natural T3 has very little to no suppression while increasing metabolic rate, is this true?

Would I be correct to recommend her to take between 5mg and 10mg of oxandrolone ED to maintain muscle mass?

I have seen her try all sorts of different things with her diet to drop the weight as well as her routine.
