Have any of you guys using T3/ cytomel noticed any catabolic effects on your muscles? Or lack of progression in muscle building? I know it’s supposed to be catabolic, but not sure at what dosage, and not sure exactly how much corresponding testosterone you have to inject to compensate for this. Any ideas?
I have not noticed a loss of muscle on 25 mcg of cytomel. I think in the BBing world the doses are much higher (150 mcg is common). At those doses I think it is a concern. Maybe others have noticed muscle loss, but I have not.
Ok good to know. I’m on only 10 mcg. What’s your weekly testosterone dosage?
150 mg split 3X a week. I also have been running 150 IU of HCG 3X per week. 25 mcg of cytomel everyday.
Was on an AI. Dropped that and have felt better without it so far.
What do you think of Cytomel so far? Do you think 10 mcg I’m doing is even enough? I can definitely say I feel it. My t3 was low normal and RT3 was way off the charts at 31.
I don’t feel much from it. I think I maybe am a bit less tired during the day. Never noticed jitters or anything from it.
I started at 5, then increased by 5 mcg every two weeks up to 25 mcg. Basically, if you get to a point where you get jitters then you are on too much, and need to take it down a bit.
How do your thyroid numbers look on 25 mcg?
